  • Because we are able to reach more people through subscribing, our number of donations has increased and the number of volunteers has increased. We have gone from an average of 5 volunteers an even to 25-30. Our donations increased by 25%.

  • The positive impact of SimpleTexting is the increase in virtual attendance and live streaming views. Before using SimpleTexting our views were between 20-50 but increased to 250-400 views per streaming.

  • It's been mostly positive, but the abundance of glitches has made it so that I constantly had to adapt my offering and approach. At one point, messages longer than 140 characters were not sending so I had to shorten the messages and put the rest of the text in an attached PDF. This caused me to lose some customers out of frustration. Others were more understanding and willing to accept it as a technology error and appreciated my ability to swiftly adapt.
  • Overall, people like texts and if I didn't offer them I doubt I would have as many customers as I do.
  • Some clients simply don't get the texts and this seems to be more common with Android users. Some have even used this to justify getting out of their billing because they claimed for weeks they were not getting texts.
  • The glitches have also resulted in me having to test more and cc myself on every message, which uses more credits. I also have to send more messages to get my full message out, which also uses more credits.

  • ROI was instant. Given SimpleTexting's pricing model - I never felt like this product was out of my budgeting scope or I need to heavily consider how my return was going to be impacted.
