  • The overall coverage of the websites of Simplify360 is any day more extensive and better than the rest.
  • Quality and Quantity of conversations when compared to other tools are much greater.
  • Simplify360 closes the loop on everything. You don't have to come out of the tool to do anything; listening, monitoring, responding, and reporting.
  • I will like to see some improvement in the intuitiveness of the system. There are some great features hidden behind the curtains.
Keep on exploring, tool can be used differently by a different individual.

One of the key aspects of investing in any enterprise software is how easy the implementation is and how much support that a company can get in the early implementation process. We have had a quick ramp up learning the tool and had constant interactions with the team at Simplify to better understand and manage issues or get questions answered

We would recommend Simplify 360 to anyone looking for brand monitoring and social engagement from a simple to use dashboard. Before contacting Simplify 360, have a complete understanding of what you and your team desire to achieve and a understanding of the roles of each team member. Simplify 360 will take the time to teach your team how to effectively use the platform for maximum return.

It is always good to start with the business problems at hand; Simplify360 guys can help to get the system up and running. As this solution is end to end Social Media Analytics, price to performance ratio is much higher than other platforms. Just need to be careful while choosing the desired offering.

  • Nice customization dashboards.
  • Very powerful automated tagging of messages.
  • Need to better the UI.
  • Saving cookies, and facility to save default landing page would help.
  • System needs to auto-set for personas.
Go with an open mind with Simplify360 folks; discuss the business problems. You may want to look at the analytics and reporting capability of the tool, and customize for your personal needs. It work wonders.
