SingleStore is the fastest database ever tested by us
Fast query and real time analytics certainly have a positive impact on user/customer satisfaction, but predictive analytics are achieved through ML models.

Great product
It helps us our DBA team. It allows them to bring better service to developers.
In addition, it saves them time and as a developer, I am receiving responses from them in faster than we worked only with MySQL.

Scale the DB without scaling your engineers
Very much. Our core iot platform uses the fast querying and our iot applications use the real time analytics features. Together they have reduced the cost of our development significantly while providing us the ability to tell a compelling story.
SingleStores supports HTAP, making it possible to use databases as a source and for analytics at the same time without things like locking, etc. Our CRM, HR and sales database are now optimized to run in the HTAP mode in SingleStore. This saves us a lot of copying and/or recreating new databases with different data models. With the pipelines functionality, we are able to ingest data from our data lakes, to enrich our own data.

Thanks to SingleStore, query latency went down from 10-20 mins to 20 secs. Ad-hoc queries are instantly handled by SingleStore, allowing the analysts to validate their hypotheses in real-time. SingleStore data store also allows the usage of multiple analysis tools. Because the analysis of data requires different approaches, it is now possible for different data scientists to access data from their favorite tools.
By creating a standardized data platform that has a simple to use query interface supporting all analytical tools, users have instant access to their data without getting lost in the underlying data source systems. Ease of access to data, and its metadata, as provided by SingleStore, is in itself a huge contribution to accelerating predictive analytics.
Doing things (ingest + query) faster makes possible to test out scenarios faster and have an enhanced user experience. That is not possible with other technologies and the business is impacted because it cannot make timely decisions with slow insights

Maximum performance and scalability in one.
When using SingleStore [(formerly MemSQL)] for building back office apps which have dashboards in it you will find that you can query hundreds of rows without even noticing, so deep diving, drilling down into data will be a real satisfying experience for the final user. Creating predictive analytics its easy because you can have a lot of data queried and ingested into the models and in nearly real time you’re finding the answer for example to give a user / visitor an excellent next best offer.

Best in-memory scale out engine on the market for wealthy customers
This allows streaming real-time analytics to happen. Overall [SingleStore (formerly MemSQL)] gives very good throughput and above average query latency. When it is used in a multi-tenant environment. it becomes less easy to make sure workloads don't interfere each other.

We do number crunching for historical data ranging from yesterday to 365 days back in time. It helps us in meeting our analytical data processing requirement with simple to use kafka-based pipeline without worry about kafka connection handling or other inner details related to reading data from Kafka topics. It has control parameters to continue rate of consumption of kafka message which is really nice.
