Pros

 • Hosting Uptime.
 • Customer Support.
 • Site Speed Optimization.
 • UX

Cons

 • Pricing - the annual increases are disappointing.

Return on Investment

 • Consistent uptime is a positive return on time investment.
 • Support response times are a positive return on time investment.
 • If large cost increases are not, we should change to another provider at renewal time, but we have not, due to other priorities.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Coming back after 7 months of hosting to add more details. I know have 3 websites and will add more to my hosting plan. www.vividatelier.pl https://academy.thereach.ai www.thereach.ai All three of them are working flawlessly, the CDN and SSL are added to any new domain or subdomain with one click. After looking at a few hosting providers, SiteGround offered the best dedicated hosting for our website at https://thereach.ai/ , with a global CDN coverage included in the price and very good wordpress support - tools, features and after I discovered the plugins that come with it - SEO, website optimization, cache etc.

Pros

 • Great interface
 • Great dashboard
 • Made for wordpress, very quick installation

Cons

 • A lot of their competitors offer freebies, like Google ads credit or 1 year free SSL and stuff like that. I understand that for a small company that's a big cost, but wouldn't hurt for them to enter in a partnership with someone and offer things like this.

Most Important Features

 • reliability

Return on Investment

 • Amazing CDN included in the package, very fast loading times anywhere in the world
 • I host my website on SiteGround. I ran various tests and analysis tools to understand my ranking, SEO score, optimization and honestly it works much better than some of the bigger hosting brands I used in the past. In my experience, the site is responsive and fast.

I like SiteGround for the Great Support and fast loading WordPress sites

Pros

 • Great support.
 • Specialize in environment for WordPress platform.
 • Secure and fast.
 • Choice of International Default Server.
 • Super easy to set up.
 • Great UI.

Cons

 • There is a limit of total file space on the package.
 • Need to commit to 1-3 years upfront to get special price.

Return on Investment

 • Able to host multiple WordPress sites comfortably.
 • Excellent support and customer services was needed.
 • Ability to expand product offering to emails, hosting and domains to clients.
 • Secure environment = more blocked attacks.
 • Faster websites speed.

We recommend SiteGround to all of our clients for WordPress hosting. We use it to host our own website as well as websites for our clients. Pros

 • WordPress Migrations.

A Streamlined Hosting Option.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Siteground as an all-in-one solution for purchasing a domain, shared website hosting, and email for our business website. We wanted a platform that was user-friendly and easy to navigate on the technical back end. Through C Panel, we set up a self-hosted Wordpress website, including e-commerce, and were able to set up multiple mailboxes. We needed a solution that allowed us the ability to do things ourselves but also have support when needed.

Pros

 • Customer Support.
 • Straight Forward C Panel Interface.
 • Ease of Use.

Cons

 • Some nested menus can make certain things hard to find.
 • Too many add-ons/upsells at times.
 • Domains are more expensive than other sites.

Most Important Features

 • Affordability.
 • Ease of Use.
 • Customer Service.

Return on Investment

 • Reliable Website.
 • Consistent modes of communication with customers.
