Skedda is incredibly user-friendly and self-explanatory. We have had only a handful of people ask us further questions on how to use it. You can also load it very easily on the phone so it's perfect for what we had in mind: people checking if a last-minute rehearsal space has become available and are able to quickly book it. The amount of data we are able to gather via Skedda booking forms is great as well - from diversity to access needs and information about what people are doing in the spaces.

Great that staff can book their own tables so easily.

One thing that would be useful that isn't already on the system to my knowledge, is it would be good if users of the system are sent a reminder on the day that they have booked a table. This reminder could also include a 'confirm table in use' and 'confirm table not required' button. This would then also prompt them to cancel the booking on that same day if they no longer need the booked workspace. Otherwise, this is left to the 'Owner' on Skedda to keep a check that desks are not being blocked by users who have not turned up at the office, thus preventing other users from making use of that workspace.

This is a great product for managing the scheduling of space while keeping it separate from the rest of what our organization does, which was the goal of using an offsite scheduler. It also allows us to keep our booking information easily accessible and manage our users with different labels.

It has been best suited for the management of personal schedules - our staff book the days they want to work at specific desks. It has allowed us to easily establish a hotdesk system, and also allows us to present the booking data of permanent desks as well. This has allowed teams to book in on the same day without a lot of internal messaging clogging up their days.

It is really well suited to allow teams to self-manage their own bookings. We can allow staff to access desks and resources without having to micromanage them. It has saved us a lot of time and effort. It is a very simple and visual tool that we are very happy to use.

I feel like the account manager and I are talking the same language. He makes me feel like we are their only client. He is personable and available. He provides clear and concise explanations and assistance. He is always friendly and positive. Very helpful. Knows the system inside and out. Finds innovative ways, i.e., video to provide instructions to our staff. On a scale of 1-10, I’d give him at least an 11.

It is really well suited for managing either desks and meeting rooms, or resources. It was really important for us that equipment could be included as bookable items because we can then track who has them - where and when. The self-service nature of bookings allows everyone to manage their own time.

Really great for us for allowing staff to look after their own bookings. We have saved so much time filling out spreadsheets. We can also see who else is booked in and organize team meetings and project co-work spaces. Syncing with our calendars also allows us to share these meetings quickly and simply.

Skedda is, from my experience, a simple system that is perfectly suited for booking spaces. We used it for parking spaces, but I see that it may also be used for booking meeting rooms. Assuming you don't have the ability to book meeting rooms in your email service provider or calendar provider, then Skedda would be an excellent option. Quick and easy to use.

Our Estate includes several rooms which were originally static office rooms, but have now been converted into hotdesking areas.
These new rooms must be flexible enough to allow multiple users to share spaces safely, while also only allowing authorised users to access the desks. Skedda gives us the flexibility to do both, it provides the access we need, and has built in access management management functionality that allows us to manage these spaces automatically.
