Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

The platform is impressively user-friendly and intuitive. It's been a lifesaver in terms of ease of navigation, making it a breeze for both creators and learners to find their way around. Creating courses, uploading content, and managing the platform is relatively straightforward, which is a huge plus.
However, there's always room for improvement. While it's highly usable, there are instances where a bit more flexibility in design options or additional customization features could bump it up to a solid 9 or even 10.
But overall, it's a solid 8 because it gets the job done efficiently and without much hassle.

Due to User friendly environment, ease of course creation, customization and branding, the responsive design, the support etc. are some really great feature that is justifying my rating I have given for the software. There might be some areas for improvement but the purpose it is serving is really great.

Skilljar has an intuitive UI/UX and great API documentation that helps make integration super easy. Customer support is very responsive and easy to work with. Our CSM, Lindsey, always has an answer or is happy to track one down for us. Skilljar powers our Academy and certification programs to meet our vision.

The learning curve for Skilljar is not too steep, and I've renewed our contract twice now. I've been able to add additional administrators and get them up to speed on platform functionality within a day. Plus, Skilljar provides awesome resources to help you learn how to use is. The Help Center has articles for almost everything, and when in doubt, their amazing CSMs (like ours, ...) provide exemplary support/advice.

Course navigation options make it simple for students to find the content they need. Also by using a code snippet in the Skilljar Developer Center, an administrator can setup a course so that a student only has to click once to register, start, and launch the course. The administrator dashboard is intuitive.

As stated previously, while course content creation is fairly easy, managing all other aspects (publication, navigation, organization, labelling, groups, etc) is not very intuitive at all. It has most features that most users would probably need, but I don't feel like anything about Skilljar is cutting-edge or super refined. You'd also need to put in a lot of work to make the site aesthetically appealing. So it's definitely adequate, but there's a lot of room to grow

The overall usability is great as the software is very easy to learn and navigate. After just 1 week of "playing" around in the system I felt very comfortable using it and teaching others to use it as well. Customers have also mentioned Skilljar is a much better than out previous vendor.

The software is very easy to use and intuitive once you've used it a few times. At first the navigation seems a little wonky, but they actually changed it recently to be even more clear. That's on the admin side. As a user, it's very easy to use and the navigation makes total sense.

The interface is clean and easy to use. It provides straightforward WYSIWYG editing and quick publishing tools. Analytics are fairly easy to navigate, as well. HTML code can be edited directly, but it can be a bit difficult as it appears as plain text with no color-coding or error checking. In spite of this, the code snippets feature is very useful in providing customizations.

The tool is extremely easy to use. It took a few months to get used to it, but now everything is a breeze and it's so reliable. It almost always does what we expect it to do. When we want to try something new, our CSMs have gone out of their way to make suggestions and offer feedback.

I think it's great overall; so many things are easy to use. However, there is room for improvement. Navigating can be confusing at times - especially when it comes to domains, theming, live event courses and where certain settings live and what you can and can't do from each page.

For the most part, the platform is easy to navigate from the front and back end. I offer a score of 8/10 because I find it confusing to locate certain things. For example, locating the tags functionality, posting courses based upon domain, and generally finding what is needed through long pages can be challenging at times.

What I like about this product is that is very user friendly, you can learn it really fast, as the options are very clear and well organized. I've experience with other LMS that have a longer learning curve and some tasks are really hard to achieve. SKilljar is very straightforward, and they have a very good academy and their support team is very responsive as well.
