We never used Brainshark because it was easier to communicate and have our needs met with SkyPrep LMS, but we do use Brainshark for other organizations, and it never seems as easy for me as SkyPrep LMS.

- Quicker to market at a lower price point.
- Tech support was one of the key reasons we began to look for another platform
- SkyPrep's tech support is nearly instant whereas Tovuti would take days to get back to me
- I needed access to my MP4's and Tovuti did not allow that kind of access.

- Moodle,Softchalk,ProProfs
Moodle is more complex than I could handle. Softchalk has a user's troubleshooting manual that would have overwhelmed my customers. ProProfs has a poor sense of design and branding.
