SkyPrep LMS

We use SkyPrep LMS to administer and create trainings, keep up with compliance, and manage users. I enjoy using SkyPrep LMS because of its customization abilities and user management features. It keeps information very organized and easy to find. I use the SkyPrep software daily and rarely have any problems. I would recommend to other companies and colleagues.

The Buffalo Bills Guest Services department uses SkyPrep LMS to train all of our seasonal game day team members prior to the season and each week throughout the season. This allows up to get a bulk of our annual training done and allows our team members to complete the training on their own time at their own pace. It is also used as a refresher for policies and procedures throughout our season. We have recently put a similar training together for our full-time staff so everyone, no matter if you work game day or not, is on the same page with locations, policies, and procedures.

We use SkyPrep to implement our training programs. We also use this program to track internal/external certifications and licensures. Our business has sites spread across the mid-west and south; therefore, it can be tricky to ensure that our commitment to safety and quality training for our customers and employees are met. With SkyPrep we are able to ensure that our training, vision, and mission is consistent amongst all employees.

We primarily use SkyPrep to administer our courses (created in Articulate 360) and certificates to users. We also use the platform to send out automated emails alerting users of enrollment into one or more courses along with sending reminder emails when their course(s) are close to expiring in their account. It's quite an easy platform to use on the ADMIN side and intuitive for our users (which is critical).

We train students on the necessary skills of driving safely. Since COVID, we pivoted from teaching in the classroom to teaching online. We found the best way to accomplish this was to create an online training course for new drivers, and SkyPrep is our LMS of choice. Since that time, we have had the opportunity to create online learning courses for several very large international companies and much smaller businesses here locally. Good teachers are hard to find and what we are successful at doing is melding high-level teaching skills with the exact information a student needs to stay safe on today's complicated and busy roadways. That being said, if the delivery package is flawed, then none of that matters. Our delivery package of choice is SkyPrep because it fits our teaching style perfectly, and the students love it.

I use SkyPrep as an administrator to support internal staff but I also use it for public facing webinars. Navigating SkyPrep is seamless; I don't spend nearly as much time trying to locate users or setting up a course as I do with other learning management systems. Users find it easy to locate their certificates and courses. The layout for the course view is clean and easy to view and unnecessary steps to access their modules.

SkyPrep LMS is simple and friendly to use for managers and learners. It gave our company an opportunity to present more professional and engaging content for our staff. Since we started using SkyPrep LMS in 2016 we have been able to add additional content and material for our franchisees and coaches. As a franchise network, SkyPrep LMS assists in ensuring standardized training and content to our franchisees and their staff.

I use SkyPrep LMS to deploy, track, and manage training content and completion for a network of business partners as well as internal departmental employees. I upload training content files, create assessments, manage document acknowledgment files and distribute training performance reports across a large geographical network. I also use the system to track station training performance at several major U.S. airports.

We use SkyPrep LMS for training and development (for new hires and all other employees). We initially had a problem with the way new hires were trained in a consistent manner but after implementing this new system, it has helped tremendously. We also have a way to hold our annual training for all employees and keep track/know of when they complete the training for compliance purposes.

We use SkyPrep LMS across our organization for the whole training timeline--onboarding all the way up to senior-level training.

SkyPrep LMS is currently used in multiple departments across the company to create, track, conduct, and organize our training courses and performance. Because each department within an airline has unique training requirements, and in our case, international training requirements, we were able to design training courses that could be used across our entire operation. Additionally, we are able to create and upload training courses in multiple languages (currently English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese) that allow our learners to complete training in minimal time and with minimal disruption. The Learning Path feature allows us to track each specific learning function or international location to create reports and analyze course performance and usage. Fantastic system!

SkyPrep LMS is being using across the whole organization. It allows us to have a universal training platform in order to train everyone that same way.

We are an online store and we use SkyPrep to train our sales representatives and our customer support team. We provide them onboarding training which includes product training and role specific courses.

SkyPrep has helped us streamline the process by automating manual process that we had before. It has simplified course management, user management and the delivery of the training to our employees.

SkyPrep LMS is being used across the entire organization to track compliance trainings, as well as support professional development for employees and customers.

I have been on both sides of the IT tech/user interface. I can enthusiastically and unequivocally say that I have never known an IT operation with a more positive can-do attitude than SkyPrep's. First, they have a stellar platform. But no platform is perfect and there are always features and options that might make it better. In other IT operations -- including the ones I have belonged to -- the attitude on the part of the tech people was very much we/they. "We (the tech people) know all. And wouldn't this be a great job if it weren't for all those users and customers we have to deal with." The attitude at SkyPrep is much healthier and ultimately much more constructive for everyone. If you have an idea for a feature, SkyPrep's approach is open-minded and creative. "Hmmm. Maybe that would be a good idea. And maybe it would be even better if we also did such-and-such..." I'm not saying the SkyPrep tech people don't have to prioritize and I'm not saying they can drop everything for every request you make, but they seem to think of customers as partners, as scouts for what the training market needs. So if you need more than a cookie cutter approach to a learning platform, I would make two suggestions. Number one, sign up with SkyPrep; most if not all the features you need are probably already there. Number Two, think of yourself as their partner in return by respectfully and appreciatively letting them know what you think would help them in their mission of making SkyPrep even better and better and better. And that's saying a lot.
