The sky is the limit with Skyward!
- Overall, Skyward has had a positive impact. One way is the student information that is shared and available to see. If I need to know something about a student’s academic history, Skyward has it.
- Another way it has impacted our district is the way it has streamlined all of our payroll information. I can see check histories, different parts of my salary, and the year-end totals all in one place.
- Skyward has also made a big impact on our district by making it easier to communicate with parents. All the parents’ contact information is available and email is even included in the program.

Skyward. Great Now and Getting Better!
- Skyward was less expensive as a base package than many of the competitors we looked at that had similar capabilities. Add on modules have also been reasonably priced.
- The level of customization that we chose to do for our school would not have been financially possible with our old product as the company charged for every report we wanted created.
- Electronic communication with parents and students have eliminated us printing report cards and progress notes, saving us in excess of $18,000 per year.

Skyward needs an remodel
- Skyward can be confusing for staff if they have never used it before as it is not intuitive therefore someone has to go over how to use it to new staff. Sometimes this can take weeks to a whole year to understand where to go.
- Skyward has increased issues with rostering for online services due to the fields not updating properly. This has caused weeks of headache for the technology department.
- Skyward does not have a Google integration so we have to buy a middle software to create users, groups, etc.

Spectacular Skyward
- Skyward allows parents to view their kid's grades all the time.
- Parents have access to view report cards online and are accessible 24x7.
- Parents are aware of which area specifically their kid needs to work on and how the class performed on that particular skill by seeing the class average.

Glance at Skyward Student Management
- It has increased productivity and efficiency and saved on faxes. We no longer need to mainly use those previous aforementioned types of interoffice mail. We can just log in and look for the information in front of us.

- Skyward has worked well with our district. We were looking for a product that would give parents a single log in for all of their students. We wanted to give teachers options to customize their gradebooks, Skyward offers this. We also wanted to be able restrict access when needed.
