The modules are as follows:

IT Security Risk Module - Integrates risk management related to internal digital tools associated with digital products and services – such as cloud, mobile, social and big data – and third-party technologies. Examples include artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), operational technology (OT) and the Internet of Things (IoT).

ESG Risk Module (Environmental, Social and Governance) - To assess the robustness of a company's governance mechanisms and its ability to effectively manage its environment and social impacts. Institutional investors, stock exchanges and boards of directors are increasingly using the relationship between a company's management of ESG risk factors and its business performance.

Third Party Risk Module – To carry out adequate controls for business continuity management, performance, viability, security and data protection, ..., concerning third parties (suppliers, customers ...). Today's third parties are increasingly working with their own third parties, which multiplies the size and complexity of the third-party network. Controls focus on risks related to regulatory compliance, information security, and vendor performance arising from your organization’s increased use of and reliance on its suppliers and service providers.The module enables risk assessment, risk monitoring and/or risk scoring.

Quality Risk Module – (Quality Management System) Houses a company's quality policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This may include, but is not limited to, customer requirements, quality documents, ISO requirements, manufacturing capabilities, testing criteria and industry-specific regulations.

Audit and Control Module - To objectively check, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of an organization's internal control system, governance processes and risk management capacity. Auditors provide assurances, ideas, and recommendations on improvements to the Board of Directors, Senior Management and business process owners.

Health and Safety (EH&S) Module - To help manage employee health, reduce safety incidents, manage their environmental footprint, and ensure regulatory compliance and business continuity.

Ethics Module - To manage gifts, invitations, sponsorship, conflicts of interest, code of conduct and corporate policy management, employee compliance training and certification, whistleblower and risk mapping.

Data & Privacy Risk Module - To assess an organization’s posture towards its legal obligations to regulate privacy, track incidents that lead to unauthorized disclosure of personal data, analyze and document data flows of personal data (nature of the data, processing purpose, controller), distribute your privacy policies, monitor user awareness.

Legal Risk Module - To support the Legal Department, the Compliance Department, the General councel, the Board of Directors and the General Management through better documentation, better expense management, availability of information and online collaboration.
