SmarterU Review: Aviation
SmarterU manages and tracks all of the training requirements for our whole organization. In aviation, the control of training is a significant requirement. SmarterU allows us to manage the different training requirements to all of the various positions in the company, from pilots to maintenance and everyone in between. Many training requirements have a recurrence to them and SmarterU allows us to track that.

- Build training templates based on job role.
- Good user interface.
- The developers are very responsive and will implement improvement suggestions.

Most online LMS systems work really well to track and manage training that the system is delivering. However, most systems are not very good at managing training requirements which are delivered outside of the system. For example, First Aid training, or license requirements are accomplished through third party. SmarterU was the only system we evaluation that was able to track these items with the ability to monitor the renew dates properly.

SmarterU offers Administrator Training. Once people have completed this training, then they can offer support. People who work directly with the Training Department are currently the users who can support the system.

SmarterU great value!
We use SmarterU as our learning management system to train all new employees and additionally to provide ongoing and annual training updates to current staff.
- Software works on multiple devices: computer, iPad, iPhone, Chromebook, etc.
- Easy to navigate
- Software could be gamified better.
- Should provide more opportunities for interactive learning.
- Sometimes glitchy and logs users out in the middle of a training module.
