  • The quality of individuals we have hired using SmartRecruiters ranges from low to high, which is the same experience I had with alternative platforms. In my observation, there is no discernible correlation between the platform used and the median candidate quality.
  • The variance in employee turnover since we switched to SmartRecruiters has been negligible. In my observation, there is no discernible correlation between the platform used and the rate of turnover.

  • We have been able to replace an in-house developed application with SmartRecruiters without many problems.
  • Thanks to the intuitive interface we don't need to spend much time on training users.
  • Thanks to the SSO integration we can easily navigate between Smartrecruiters and other applications.

  • As listed above, there is a huge amount of time-saving.
  • The referral program has now become very easy, as the generated link can be circulated to candidates to fill in the details.
  • The quality of hiring is also improved, as we can compare candidates' feedback.

  • Efficiency has improved significantly. We're able to spend less time creating emails and reaching out to candidates. It's a quick click of a button.
  • Communication has also improved significantly. We've set up SmartRecruiters to notify all appropriate people of new hires, promotions, etc.
  • Our number of candidates we're hiring has increased. With less time spent on creating emails and setting up phone screens, we're able to talk to more candidates and get more people in the door.

  • In terms of ROI, SR helped our business greatly in returning precious time to my productivity in business management, as well as my team's, so that we could get back to the main work we were hired for. The SR process did most of the heavy lifting.
