SMTP2GO Review
We are a Call Center and send a lot of messages daily at different times or about 50-75 thousand calls a month. We usually don't have any problems but when we do they have 'live chat' where I can get connected with someone right away & they start checking my account and resolve the issue. The last company we had, I couldn't reach them unless by email & then it could take 24-48 hours to return my email & resolve the issue. This is why we changed to SMTP2GO. I was referred by another Call Center & they have used them for many years & have had very minimal problems. It was also very easy to convert my system from the other carrier to SMTP2GO, total time about 10 minutes. (of course with the help of my IT)

Excellent mail sending option!
I had some big issues with deliverability to certain domains with the previous email sending provider. I looked around for different options and stumbled upon SMTP2GO and I was pleasantly surprised that besides the very easy implementation, it actually had better devliverability than my previous provider. Ever since I switched to SMTP2GO, I've been using it in a couple more of my clients and I am very happy with the results.

Sending made simple
We use SMTP2GO to send our statements and invoices to our customers. We are also a copier/scanner dealer and use SMTP2GO to setup scan to email for some our clients that do not know their email server information. SMTP2GO has been a great addition to our organization as it allows easy configuration and implementation for our own use in house and for our customers.

SMTP2GO Outgoing email without the headache.
With all our clients moving to the "Cloud" based solutions and there being great difficulty in using SMTP reliably for other services like scan to email, SMTP2GO fills the need perfectly. We also use it for backup software to send messages to us re: status of completed backups.

SMTP2GO is great for small mail list deliverability
SMTP2GO has been a lifesaver for my email deliverability. I run several small (100-500 user) mail lists that normally have very low traffic. However, my email provider could not/would not handle the traffic from these lists. By switching to SMTP2GO I have had superb deliverability from the emails from these lists. The price and stability of the service offer me excellent value. I expect to be a customer for a long time to come.

Solved our needs and did it very very well
I remember just like it was yesterday when Microsoft broke authenticaiton with SMTP causing many of our clients scan to email functionality to stop working. After some research and great reviews from other IT professionals on reddit and other message boards I decided to try SMTP2GO. I am so glad I did! Not only does it just work. It's simple to set up, their support is outstanding, the price is very reasonable. I love the centralized dashboard I can manage all my clients from. My experience has been outstanding using this service. I actually was fine with the free tier for my needs but decided to purchase the paid tier because I felt it was important to support them after all the help they've provided to me and my clients. Best Simple SMTP Service
My business uses SMTP2GO for sending from scanners, scripts, and other internal services. SMTP2GO has been 100% reliable and is super simple to set up and use. We prefer it to the other SMTP and email sending services for it's low cost, ease of use, and the fact that it just always works for us.

Simply the best!
I use SMTP2GO for all emails being sent from my bespoke cloud software packages. It's so easy to use and works very well with my software coding. I can follow all emails sent and the status of any emails being spammed. I'd be lost with SMTP2GO for my business.

Great Product Great Price
At Printer Source Plus we use SMTP2GO as a passthrough email for scan to email from our customers copiers and printers. We found this product to be a secure solution for scan to email. In some instances, our customers do not want to use their own email for scam to email or it is just not a secure enough email to be using for sensitive documents and such.

SMTP2GO: An easy to use SMTP solution
We started using SMTP2GO over a year ago when our voicemail-to-email service stopped working and it has worked great; since then we have switched other systems over to SMTP2GO when there has been an issue. Currently, we are using SMTP2GO for the aforementioned voicemail-to-email, scan-to-email, and automated emails for our website. All of these systems have worked better, with less downtime, than what we were using previously. Setting up SMTP2GO was quite simple in each instance and I appreciate how proactive the service is when reporting potential issues (none of which have ended up impacting us directly).

SMTP2GO met the need!
Our POS system emails customer receipts, reports, alerts and system failure information. It does not have SMTP server functionality built in so we needed a third party solution to provide the capability. SMTP2GO was easy to setup and very easy to maintain. When our building systems, in house app printers needed SMTP functionality it was easy to add them to the configuration. The administration is simple and no hassles with the functionality.
SMTP2GO is the perfect "plug and play" solution to be able to send emails from our ERP System, Acumen Book, hosted with Connectria.<br><br>Our ERP is hosted in the cloud, and we needed a cloud-based SMTP solution to complete our transition of our ERP system to our new cloud based Connectria hosting service. SMTP2GO was the perfect solution to our needs, and it has worded without any issues for over 1 year without any interruptions. I would highly recommended SMTP2GO as a good fit SMTP solution for cloud-based applications. <br><br>

As we mainly use public cloud infrastructure for different platforms, the management of our IP addresses reputation's and the email's deliverability became very complex as we growth. By using SMTP2GO, we have practically nothing to do for the management. The set up process and their control panel are very simple. There is also ready-to-use integrations or you can create your own using their well-documented API.

Reliable SMTP Relay Service
I use SMTP2GO for my own VPS on Hetzner (HestiaCP) and with several Wordpress-Sites. The NK Institute website is using it as an SMTP relay service. Furthermore, I use it for domain-emails. Combination with Pobox Lifetime Email and forwarded email. SMTP is all handled via SMTP2GO. Before using SMTP2GO on the previous server, I had problems with sending mails. SMTP2GO solved all the delivery issues. It can also be entered in Gmail as an SMTP relay and so in combination with Pobox etc., it's a good combination.

Easy SMTP email for WordPress sites
We use it to simplify the sending of transactional emails via WordPress sites. Clients use different services to host emails, and it's often complicated to get email sending set up on their website. SMTP2Go simplifies this process; all that's needed is to add DNS records and configure the handy plugin, and we're all set.

SMTP2Go is a great email relay service!
We use Google Workspace, which is limited to the number of emails that can be relayed from our student information system. SMTP2GO allows us to relay emails and also comply with email laws with end users ability to unsubscribe. We use the reporting to find email addresses that are incorrect or not in use. The product is reasonably priced and suits our needs nicely.
We have a few older printers that scan to email. They are incompatible with sending through Office365. SMTP2GO was the perfect solution to make that happen.
My use of SMPT2GO is with older printer scanner copiers where you need scan to email but the only field for outbound email is port 25. We all know from a security stand point that needs to be changed but with older hardware, SMTP2GO solves this problem. It is clean quick and an effective solution. A set it and forget it solution.

I freaking love SMTP2GO
SMTP2GO makes WordPress authentication quick and easy no matter where email is hosted. Easy to use, detailed reports and very reasonable pricing make it my go-to every time (feel free to use that SMTP2GO is my go-to in your marketing ;) I started with a free plan to try it out and once I reached the generous limit, was so happy to pay for this product.

SMTP2GO is a Must!
SMTP2GO has allowed us to be able to send life threatening weather texts and emails to broadcast media and emergency management. Many email servers will block this important information, but SMTP2GO illustrates how to set it up correctly and within all regulations.
Their customer service has been impeccable and the backend dashboard is very easy for any user.

Dream Mail Service for Non-Profit Organizations
<div>The organization website uses PHP programming with PHP-Mailer code to interface with SMTP2GO as a mail service. Periodically we issued emails to our membership regarding upcoming events and other membership matters. Previous we had used an interface with Google GMAIL accounts to accomplish this task. but a year ago Google made authenticating with their servers much more difficult if not impossible.</div><div>Thus the search for a alternative. SMTP2GO was a ideal choice. The Free Plan is adequate as far as monthly volume, but we elected to pay for the Starter Plan as we needed to issue a larger number of emails at one time than the Free Plan would allow.</div><div>The service has been very reliable, easy to manage, and provides nice status responses.<br> </div>
