SOCi allows us to expand our outreach to our community, as we service a wide area of North Dakota. We are able to keep everyone informed of any sales, weather closings (which happen quite frequently in ND), and to share in celebrating our staff and their accomplishments.

We use SOCi to keep our customers informed of all pharmacy news and advice across all social platforms. It helps us ensure we reach all customers, regardless of what social networking they use. SOCi decreases our workload so that we do not have to duplicate work.

SOCi is well suited to businesses that like to keep all of their social media active and in sync. It allows you to create and schedule posts. SOCi helps streamline and create a more efficient work process when it comes to engaging customers on social media. The only difficulty I’ve had is trying to fix any errors that I’ve accidentally posted.

Our marketing team uses several of the tools SOCi offers: Reputation management, organic social posting, and paid social ads. We are a franchise business, so the tool allows us to create localized social media content quickly and efficiently. That was the big selling point for us when looking for tools to help us improve our online presence. We can schedule content out weeks and even months in advance. We are also able to monitor reviews at a high level and respond across the enterprise. Currently, we do not share access to SOCi with our franchisees; everything is managed at the corporate level.

SOCi is a fantastic tool for a franchise business because it provides the ability to post in bulk while also posting localized content. So, you can share the same basic content across all of your locations, but SOCi's tagging system inserts a location's phone number or website for each individual location. This helps create a localized feel and personalized touch -- but you only schedule one post, making it easy and efficient to localize content in mass posting. This principle applies to paid ads as well.

Because of these features, SOCi may not be the best platform for companies with just one location.
SOCi has always been very responsive. They have a support ticket feature where you can submit questions, and I've also reached out directly to my account managers, who are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. And if what you are looking for doesn't exist yet, they can submit it for a new feature request.

Soci is the service that our company uses for all of our social media needs. We are able to monitor all of our social media activity in one place. This includes seeing the number of engagements, reviews, and activities. We are also able to update all of our social media sites from one focal point that is also uploaded to all social media sites.

We do not have any specific scenarios in which we can say that Soci has not helped us. We know that they are able to notify us if or when some new feature becomes available within social media that they let us know when we have an open or incomplete option.
We have not had to contact support so there is nothing to say in response to this question. We are sure that if we needed to contact them we would be able to get any issues resolved quickly.

We use soci for social media. It creates a monthly calendar for us. It is all in one place and centralized. It allows for you to go on one website and have your social media accounts in one spot to upload. You can edit post and times to hit your audience at the best times.

Having everything you need to post in one place has been great. It makes it easy to see the calendar in one view and what’s being posted. It’s easy to edit the tags and post as well, so it’s user friendly.

We make use of brandify in our company in order to increase our number of sales and potential customers based on Brandify's people outreach system, which is based on localization offering our products and services to a greater number of people paying a convenient cost for the service. Their after-sales support is one of the best in the market, they are always there when you need them whether there are clear errors or not, they provide constant guidance on how to use the tool and they are with you in constant training. Whenever we had problems they were solved in a very simple way. Brandify is aimed at small and medium sized companies that need to improve their brand exposure and get potential customers, however it is not exactly an advertising software, but rather an information provider based on your needs and your location.
  • Brandify is not only based on allowing us to capture a greater number of customers but also helps us with potential suppliers that are close to us, as in turn thanks to it we have been able to find business partners with great affinities for our companies allowing a better management of the corporation.
  • Being based in the cloud, no information is lost and it is very well located in a highly ergonomic interface, very easy to use giving us the necessary data to contact us and to make the best decision for the company.
  • It is very easy to rate locations creating a wide range of content for us and other users generating a wide range of marketing possibilities, taking into account the ratings of customers and users which are well segmented and ordered to achieve better performance when performing different operations.

  • One of the "bad" things I can find is that it took a considerable time to load and synchronize all the information of the company, making the time invested then reflected in money, however, after all the configuration the tool continues to work without many problems to highlight.
  • It would be interesting if Brandify would enable the conference system again, allowing users to discuss and give their opinions about their products and negotiations, with a control oriented to mutual business growth through the potential business alliances that can be obtained through the use of this tool.
  • It should be noted that we have used other tools where the reports were much more detailed than in brandify, however this is an aspect that can be improved in the future as long as there is the intention and importance of doing so, it should be noted that this does not present any difficulty for operations, it is a more informative topic for the user.
Brandify proves to be a great ally for all those companies that tirelessly seek their expansion in the business world, being the medium-sized companies the most benefited due to being the main link between the big and the small ones, granting a series of commercial benefits through localization. It is used by our Marketing Team for SEO management and by our Customer Success Team for review and brand reputation management. I'm most familiar with the Customer Success side and usage, and we use Brandify to synthesize our public reviews across multiple platforms for convenient access. We use their dashboard to reply to each review, tag the reviews with top trends, and analyze information.
  • They make it easy to view all your reviews in one place, both across different locations and across different review platforms.
  • It's easy to add/change canned review responses and trend tags.
  • Their Customer Service team is very responsive and kind.
  • Their analytics are sub-par to other tools that I use.
  • Their website can be a little clunky until you learn to navigate it.
  • It takes a long time to be fully on-boarded and running on the platform with all information syncing together.
If you are a medium-large organization and have a strong emphasis on viewing and replying to all your customer reviews, Brandify can save you time and energy by bringing all the information together in the same place.

It's not as helpful for analyzing the information. While you can manually add trend tags, there is no analytics surrounding them. There are analytics on the number of reviews left and a breakdown of the different ratings, but there is minimal comparison features from location-to-location.
Excellent. They are responsive, accommodating and eager to reply via email, hop on a call, or do a video call. Occasionally there have been miscommunications between parties, but this may simply be a challenge of multiple spearheading the same project.
