- Firstly, as a user of Brandify, I am really fond of their after-sales support services because as a user these services matter a lot.
- Brandify has made the work so much easier as it avoids spending time looking for better options.
- It is very helpful platform for the growth of a company.
- Its analysis helps us in foreseeing situations that can be either good or bad and ensure that we think of a possible solution.
- Firstly, the website of Brandify is a little inconvenient and old-fashioned until you have completely got a hold of this website.
- Secondly, Brandify can push the envelopes a little further for more possible upgrades. Also, I feel that they need to restore their User Conference.
- Moreover, it takes longer to be fully onboarded and running on the platform with all the information that is in sync together.
- Sales support plays an important part in customer satisfaction and the overall customer retention. A happy customer is more likely to bring more individuals and more money in the long run.

- Brandify is not only based on allowing us to capture a greater number of customers but also helps us with potential suppliers that are close to us, as in turn thanks to it we have been able to find business partners with great affinities for our companies allowing a better management of the corporation.
- Being based in the cloud, no information is lost and it is very well located in a highly ergonomic interface, very easy to use giving us the necessary data to contact us and to make the best decision for the company.
- It is very easy to rate locations creating a wide range of content for us and other users generating a wide range of marketing possibilities, taking into account the ratings of customers and users which are well segmented and ordered to achieve better performance when performing different operations.
- Brandify centralizes the company's information which allows consumers to get all the information centralized in one place, this in turn saves answering to each of the customers, evidencing every detail of the corporation in an ergonomic and informative environment.
- The tool allows us to constantly analyze the reputation of the brand and how happy our customers are with us, therefore we can foresee situations that may be adverse and promote decisions that ensure the functioning of operations and an excellent feedback with the consumer.
- Locating distributors is one of the most important things about Brandify, being able to find your future business allies in one place with just a few clicks allows you to foresee a greater number of business opportunities and in turn a greater number of customer acquisition through the increase of products and services in the catalog.
- One of the "bad" things I can find is that it took a considerable time to load and synchronize all the information of the company, making the time invested then reflected in money, however, after all the configuration the tool continues to work without many problems to highlight.
- It would be interesting if Brandify would enable the conference system again, allowing users to discuss and give their opinions about their products and negotiations, with a control oriented to mutual business growth through the potential business alliances that can be obtained through the use of this tool.
- It should be noted that we have used other tools where the reports were much more detailed than in brandify, however this is an aspect that can be improved in the future as long as there is the intention and importance of doing so, it should be noted that this does not present any difficulty for operations, it is a more informative topic for the user.

Great ideas, potential to save lots of time, still deciding final feelings and overall value
- They make it easy to view all your reviews in one place, both across different locations and across different review platforms.
- It's easy to add/change canned review responses and trend tags.
- Their Customer Service team is very responsive and kind.
- Their analytics are sub-par to other tools that I use.
- Their website can be a little clunky until you learn to navigate it.
- It takes a long time to be fully on-boarded and running on the platform with all information syncing together.
