We have purchased the support during the initial time. Later, [we discovered that] the product was easy-to-use and is a very stable product [that] did not [have] any performance problems, [so] any IT personnel can easily manage [and handle] the product without the support.

The support we get is better than a lot of other support for products we have. You can understand them, they are quick, and I believe the support comes with the annual license renewal price.

Support is a valued part of our relationship with SolarWinds. Their staff addresses the issue presented, finds the best and quickest way to resolve an issue and follows-up with emails and phone calls to make sure that everything is working. I've had two support issues with them and both were one-call resolutions.
