Support is slow to respond. They call back outside of normal business hours despite clearly being advised when they should call. They try to BS you that the platform is working properly although there is hard evidence to the contrary. Once you get to senior level of support they agree that the product is incapable of performing properly in its current iteration.

The 1 time we contacted support we got a timely response, although eventually the problem was solved by our local IT and not by Sophos support. The support rep was very helpful and continued to follow up on us to make sure the issue was resolved.

We've had to make a couple of support calls for assistance with the product and with setting it up to work with Office 365. Each call was handled promptly and the techs handled our issues quickly and efficiently.

Each time we're contacting Sophos Email Support we are getting a very quick answer and when it is urgent the local team can even do an escalation in such way to handle the situation in urgency; once done, we are called the same day, sometimes the same hour to see how to help us unblock our issue and find a way out.

I have always found the answers I have needed in the documentation or online, and have not needed to contact Sophos Secure Email Gateways' support team. This, I think, bodes well for how their software is easy to use and has good documentation when you cannot find what you need in the basic interface.
