Spark Hire - An expert in recruitment and interview
We used to use Microsoft Teams for video interview and right now we moved to Spark Hire. The application is giving us extreme benefits of shortlisting the best suitable candidates. Recorded video interview sharing with the relevant hiring manager ensures proper transparency and 100% unbiased recruitment. Organization has got the central database with Spark Hire.
This was my first time using any sort of video interview platform. It was a great first experience!

Save Time with One-Way Video Interviews
We have not used other products like Spark Hire. This is the only one, so it would be very difficult for us to compare Spark Hire with other products. We can say that we have never felt the need to look elsewhere for a product of this nature, and don't intend to do so at this point.

Spark Hire has been a great experience!
SmartRecruiters also has a self-scheduling feature for interviews that we got some exposure to. Spark Hire you're able to customize more of your options with the type of interview and also customizing the length of the interview.

I can't remember the names of the other companies I reviewed but I chose Spark Hire because I could purchase the service on a monthly basis. This is an important feature for us since we're a small business.
