Spike was put through its paces to see whether it may serve as a useful tool for our team's collaboration. For casual communication, we rely heavily on Telegram. When it came to email, I looked at solutions that would allow for a more fluid experience. Yes, Spike's was the right choice. A UI for this kind of experience was provided by its user interface.
  • There is an uniform experience because it consolidates email accounts.
  • Spike's chat-like interface is its main selling feature.
  • Files may be easily shared by connecting to cloud services.
  • Adding a little extra room to the UI will make it even better.
  • Pixel blocking would be excellent.
  • There is some work to be done on the widget that they give, despite its promising potential.
In terms of email handling, Spike is a strong tool for mobile devices. It's well-suited for corporate use cases because of its level of refinement and stability. As more email clients provide note-taking capabilities such to those found in Microsoft Outlook, this feature is especially appreciated. The last email groups function is also handy.
  • App combines notes, tasks, events, and email.
  • I enjoy the new client so far. If you want a CLEAN email client, go no further.
  • Email improves service quality. Mail-order administration was enhanced.

  • However, the app is too tiny to accurately quantify its return on investment (ROI).
  • Multiple times, I've gotten to zero emails in my inbox.
  • It was easy to communicate without exchanging long texts.
Improved user experience. Unified email experience across several platforms and excellent client service. Spike is only an email client without the ability to set reminders or do other complex task management functions. Others have done so.

What's special about Spike is being able to use with any email that i already have, also it was more visible, it's better to visualize emails in such a nice interface like conversations with multiple features like people mode where everything is organized by contacts which is a helpful key in a professional environment (inside the company with clients) also you can select messages who are more important to you .i love that it's easy to delete those messages<br>
  • Make boring emails into conversations
  • Easy to delete messages
  • Priority :in messages
  • The possibility to see if someone is online or not
  • I honestly don't see any functionality to add
I think spike us well suited when you are busy and you want to send a message to the group chat of your department, and you want to check if the team manager is online or not, also it's a great way to take notes and share them with your supervisor or for example a plan for an incoming project.
  • Conversations in real time
  • Group chat
  • Priority of the emails

The first one to use after google calendar is spike, after all the features that I've already mentioned, like the possibility to send a voice message, videos, photos etc... And the possibility to chat in real time and a good organization and planification and the priority feature is my favorite

One of our European clients was trying to get a reliable, efficient, and user-friendly email client alternative to Microsoft suite as they warranted budget-based to try out a few use cases and sent RFP to a few vendors. Spike was one of the considerations. Cut to 2 months later, they onboarded Spike as their daily driver email and messaging client and were very happy with the decision. We as consultants helped them make that informed decision. Spike is my favorite conferencing or cloud meeting software since we can access the system remotely when someone is speaking. The most beneficial function is sharing the meeting tape through chat. Otherwise, we'll require cloud storage. It has Excel and Word. It cleaned out the inbox automatically, merged linked discussion threads, and, most importantly, turned each email thread into a chat-like dialogue, which is simply so much more convenient. I really really like the function that allows us to take notes, as well as the automated prioritization of emails into "priority" and "other" categories; it is also quite accurate. You may also check to see whether anybody has seen your email; this is a significant step forward.
  • Spike groups similar emails so I don't have to hunt. I can pin critical emails and eliminate spam emails with a few clicks.
  • Emails (multiple accounts), calendar events, and team interactions are all integrated. The super search tool is fantastic; it searches all emails, including attachments, all events, and all team communication. The cloud integration is fantastic. Chat and phone calls are integrated (video and audio).
  • Simple and powerful UI. It's easy to use and includes many valuable options for keeping your life and tasks organized.
  • I wish the calendar was more robust and provided a comprehensive look. I'd also want to have multiple windows open.
  • The inability to sync settings across devices. Configuring several devices with the same settings takes effort, particularly when it comes to custom IMAP.
  • Email Signature in HTML is still not taught as the capability, which I'd love to see.
Spike makes it simple to remain in touch with your peers and teams. It is simple, and searching for team members in the search tab is quick. Moreover, this tool makes screen sharing easier for presentations. The software is incredibly user-friendly and simple to use. Spike's versatility is enhanced via instant texting through this app. The visual and audio call quality is outstanding. Except for cloud storage, Spike does not connect with other applications. While there is a solid rationale for this, since everything - calendar, notes, tasks, team communication - can be made in the app, it loses some value if you prefer, for example, Microsoft To-Do and OneNote or Google Projects and Keep to organize your tasks and notes. I'd like to see a less costly email, calendar, and contacts-only subscription for solitary users.
  • Notes, tasks, events, and email are all combined into a one app
  • We just began using the client, but I like it thus far. If you want a CLEAN email client to manage the clutter of other interfaces, look no further
  • Email communication is good and increases professional service quality. We've improved mail-order management

  • Our client was able to leverage the app features to efficiently manage inbox and save on time as well resources.
  • It also helped them track the responses from their vendors (4th party for us) and were able to use the same in board meetings to amend strategy per requirement.
  • It gave them an ability to have single platform used as IM, email management as well as Instant Collaboration.
Better and clean UI. Amazing and responsive customer support and acts as a Unified email experience on various platforms.
