As a community-oriented organization, we use SplashLearn to make education accessible for students from Kg - KS5 through SplashLearn. This affordable learning app is easy to use, kids, love the interface, and have very successful learning techniques where students using this app have shown significant improvement in their learning compared to traditional in-class learning with books. Emerging during the pandemic, we needed interactive tools that kept students focused and engaged while benefiting from learning online, this has been a complete difference and effective experience for students who are almost loaded with online learning at the moment.
  • Learning is made very easy.
  • Interactive user interface.
  • Learning milestones are achieved.
  • Makes learning fun by making it into a game.
  • A few additional learning materials could be provided along the games
  • The gaming kept simpler, because sometimes it gets complicated.
  • There sometimes are glitch in showing the grades for students.
Following the pandemic students are made to sit in their computers all day absorbing learning, we as educators have little time to assess what they have learned, and students are often overloaded with information. The SplashLearn is like the moment in class when everyone zooms out of their auto-mode and gets active in class to compete. The students love playing, learning, and checking their skills along the way.
  • Grading
  • Assignments
  • User interface
  • It is very affordable.
  • As a social oriented organization it is our first choice.
  • Easier accessible for all students.
We use the Pear Deck for other learning-oriented activities and we also use SplashLearn. SplashLearn has been our first choice for a long time and we have no idea any time in the recent future to change it.

SplashLearn is used by my Kindergartener and 5th grader to learn mathematics. The software addresses a linear, easy-to-follow method for learning core concepts in math by following along. I think the software does a good job making the math learning process fun. The scope of use includes math for kindergarten through fifth grade, and because it's been used in the intervening grades, first through fourth grade should also be thrown in.
  • SplashLearn makes the learning process easy and simple to follow in a linear fashion.
  • SplashLearn makes math more interesting than typical textbooks.
  • SplashLearn does a good job at gamifying the learning process.
  • Sometimes the games are a little more difficult to figure out than what one might expect.
  • I think SplashLearn could add in social aspects so that others could be part of the gamification process.
  • I think SplashLearn could also offer the dry learning process in conjunction with the gamification process. Games are fun, but not everyone is a compete gaming learner.
I think SplashLearn is best suited for students that learn best through the gamification process. The math games are quite good and I can see why many parents/school districts opt for incorporating the gamification process into the math learning process. SplashLearn is well-suited for beginners to advanced elementary students wanting to improve their math skills.
  • Mastery of mathematics
  • Making the learning process of math more fun.
  • The ability to learn concepts taught in class at home.
  • I think SplashLearn has increased the speed at which my children learn mathematics, and thereby has been a positive ROI.
  • I think SplashLearn has improved my kids' desire to learn mathematics and as such has had a positive ROI.
  • I think SplashLearn has been a negative ROI at times because it shifts attention from learning the core aspects of mathematics to playing games. My kids love to play games, but sometimes it doesn't work to play them all the time in order to learn the material.
The other products we have tried that don't show up on your list of reviewable products are Imagine Learning and Educa. I think these two tend to be less good at the gamification process and focus more on the administrative part of learning, although the three products attempt to accomplish the same goal. SplashLearn, I think, is much better at creating desire to learn the material.
