We have two different departments which use it.

Remote access is used by a single user to remote into our environment while overseas in countries that do not allow VPN access. We implemented the solution to allow them access to a system in the office whilst overseas and discovering that they were unable to VPN into our location.

The other team utilise it for providing support to our external users.

Splashtop is the preferred remote access/desktop tool for our company. I can easily access any of the companies systems on the local or external network from anywhere quickly and easily. This allows the ability to perform maintenance and upgrades as well as trouble shoot and correct any issues users may have. Screen sharing and chat allow using Splashtop as an instructional tool as well. This is one of the tools I use on a daily basis.

Splashtop is currently used for remote IT support within our company. As the IT specialist, I use it constantly. Our operations manager also uses it to assist Loan officers when needed. Makes it easier to support our remote employees, as we have many across the country.

Our endpoint support staff used Splashtop in an ad-hoc deployment for troubleshooting and end user support. Splashtop was not our primary support tool but was used in specific remote cases. Splashtop allowed our staff to connect to remote workers in instances where our primary support tool would not work or could not be used.

All of the staff work remotely and Splashtop allows us to access the server. All the departments use it for different purposes. We store big files on a server in California, and before uploading them to the cloud, we have access through Spalshtop.

Splashtop gives me the freedom to work from anywhere and from any device. They deliver high-performance remote desktop access, which does streaming at 4k flawlessly. I can remotely access my Windows computer and Mac computer from a single app that can be installed free of charge on any of my devices, including mobile devices.

We use Splashtop to access our computers in the office from our home office computers. This was an essential tool, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, to allow workers the ability to work from home and access all the files and programs needed. It also allows the IT department (me) to access and troubleshoot co-workers' machines. I also use it when setting up new computers; by installing Splashtop on them early in the process, I am able to stay at my workstation to continue the setup without haveing to continually hop back to a different location in the office.

I used to use LogMeIn and never had any issues until it came time to renew my license. It went from free to $2k a year. Then from $2k to $5k. I started looking around for another solution. I found Splashtop and started using it at one of our locations. It far outperformed the LogMeIn product and for less money. The client installation is easy. The control panel interface is perfect. Allowing other users to only access a particular PC is great. The Spalshtop product is perfect for our needs and very reasonably priced. I don't see any reason for us to even look at another solution.

We use Splashtop remote access throughout our company to enable employees to access their PCs from home as needed. Our IT department also uses Splashtop to provide remote support to all of our employees. We also provide some of our vendors with access to remote into particular servers that they help administer and troubleshoot.

Splashtop has been a game-changer for me. I have tried others, like TeamViewer, LogMeIn, Dameview, etc., and Splashtop is the easiest and most reliable I've ever used. The price point is much more affordable than the others, and it works better. I am a HUGE fan of Splashtop and use it every day. I use it from my iPhone as well when I need to connect to my computers remotely and have never had any issues. I LOVE IT!

We use it to support employees at client companies. Employees also use it to login to their desktops or other computers that they need remote access to where a VPN isn't practical. Client employees are at various levels in the client companies from corporate to hourly workers. Tech support to clients is fast, easy and we can login after hours so that we don't disturb employee workflow. Client employees like to use it so that they can work from a remote location when necessary.

I use Splashtop to assist with our helpdesk support team and for regularly connecting to remote stationary computers.<br>When an end-user is experiencing difficulty connecting to VPN, printers, etc. We use SOS Splashtop to help them get back up and running. I love the file transfer feature and ease of use. I use Splashtop to connect to my stationary computers and check in with them once a month to keep them updated and ready to use.
