We (local government entity) are utilizing Splashtop for remote access for several departments, allowing department heads to work remotely from a Town-issued laptop and remote into their work desktop PCs. Users are able to access all work resources as though they are sitting in front of their desktop PC, but from their laptops, and from any location with a network connection. The IT Department consists of only me, so having a solution as straightforward as this has been an incredible weight off my shoulders.

We assist employees at home as well as in other branches, to save drive time and downtime. Splashtop has even allowed us to diagnose and fix remote tablets and phones.

I found Splashtop looking for a lower-cost way of accessing and controlling remotely deployed computers. Splashtop came out on top because of ease of use and cost. I use Splashtop almost every day. It has been a very cost-effective way to access and control remote locations. Since I discovered it, I have had several of our employees get on board and use it to aid in their jobs. Splashtop just works.

We were with another Worldwide remote software company many years ago but suffered from too much downtime and high costs. We have been with Splashtop almost since its inception and have not had any reason to complain.
