To be honest we haven't had any issues with Splashtop to warrant contacting technical support. The sales support was super-quick though and the people we interacted with over email and chat extremely knowledgeable and answered queries very quickly.

Honestly, I've only had one issue. I believe it was when I updated the version on my computer I was remoting in with, but had not yet updated on my work computer so I couldn't connect. Once updated, it was back up and working great again. The support troubleshot it in no time and got me going again right away.

Support only utilized during evaluation and initial configuration set up. So that’s a pleasant surprise and experience. Configuration was easy and compatibility with other network applications and controls was easy to validate initially with Splashtop support.

In all truth, I have never contacted Splashtop support. I read the instructions and make adjustments as needed. Once in a while, I find a problem but there's always an answer somewhere. My needs are pretty simple. Perhaps on more complex uses, I would find a need for support but as I use it I find it to be pretty easy to manipulate.
