Two main Modern Research products we've been using are: Listening and Benchmarking. We use listening for crisis monitoring and as always on listening (generic brand topics for every market). For both purposes, we have activated alert notifications for relevant teams. Benchmarking helps us understand what content from our key competitors is the most engaging and what are the trends in the industry, not only in terms of content.

The Sprinklr Modern Research tool is very helpful to listen to the web and make sure your brand is heard in the right way. I am using it mostly to check on our brand, and our products and to manage communication crises if needed. Of course, you can check on your competitors also, this is very useful to check on a new point of interest.

Sprinklr Modern Research is a fantastic research tool to perform market research! I like the listening engine that lets me listen to specific conversations across the web. I also love how we can clean noises from our topic, as the tool really helps us in that sense. When creating a topic and a theme in listening, we can either use the simple mode or the advanced one! Personally, I use the advanced one since we have more functions to use.

Within our organisation, we use Sprinklr as a full-service social platform, from asset management to publishing, and then social listening and reporting on our own content. The platform supports our global operation and allows us to sync these teams so everyone has access to the relevant assets, but then can also report on the performance on these assets through a bank of centralised reports, while Modern Research allows us to hear what's being discussed outside the organisation, so we can act on and understand our audience in real-time.

We use Sprinkler for day-to-day interaction with our users on social media. With Sprinkler we are able to communicate on a single platform with all the social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, Apple business chat, Google messenger, etc. The best part is all social media platforms can be communicated under a single tool. It's very easy to use and handle and also allows to share and receive documents. From a business perspective, Sprinkler helps a lot to manage the customers effectively and efficiently. This is a recommended tool to handle social media interaction with the customers. Also, the Sprinkler team is very supportive if any changes are required or in case of any other concerns it's addressed or priority and changes are done.

With a user-friendly UI like Sprinklr, it makes managing and monitoring much easier. The real-time insights that we gain out of the reports are what help us drive our core metrics and KPIs on a daily basis with our frontline agents. We also leverage Presentations to provide real-time updating reports for internal stakeholders. Our marketing department is the only one that uses Sprinklr Modern Research. If we identify any key insights that are worth sharing with other Business Units, we make sure to do so. We mainly use Sprinklr Modern Research for its Social Listening functionality, which lets us keep up with keywords and trends that social users are engaging with. This helps us make informed decisions when determining content to post about, so we can make sure it's timely, relevant, and is something that social users would be interested in. Sprinklr was used within our department as we needed it for social media and our department expanded across different digital ventures. The insights were great for the CPG brand that I was working on as we were able to dive into Social Listening which was big. We were able to see how people were talking about the brand without the @ mention. Being able to see the top words used for the month/quarter was great and having the positive/negative word clouds helped out a lot with reporting. Our Sprinklr team built out dashboards specific to our needs which helped our social listening exceed expectations.
