Support suffered from Spryker Cloud Commerce OS's rapid growth. Contacts, department heads, and support systems changed frequently. Support processes as well as documentation are rather poor. One notices that they are putting more effort into the customers recently, but in the course of growth, there is still a lack of focus here. As a customer, I would like to see growth at a slower pace and a phase of stabilization.

Customer service is well established and reacts very fast to our needs, so that would justify an even higher ranking. But reported bugs take partly a long time to be fixed or are not treated at all. A lot of problems are reported back as "project issues", but having a highly individual product is their USP in the end. Documentation is partly very outdated or not helping at all. Missing developer support for sharing the Spryker technology stack or philosophies.

The Spryker support is really outstanding on every level. No matter if you are looking at ticket-based incidents, or talking with your business representative on a higher level. The replies are quick and helpful, and they always have an open ear for improvements. Security topics are communicated in a fast manner.

We currently use Spryker Cloud Commerce OS only in a few projects (for most of the projects we use the on-premises version). Due to our good partnership with Spryker, we have the right contact person quickly in case of problems and usually find a solution for almost everything together.

Spryker takes our problems and issues very seriously, is fast, and always responsive. The customer success management is definitely a plus. Also, support for developers, incident management, and training are a differentiation factor in comparison to other software vendors.

This is an area that can be improved. As it is a relatively young platform, there is not yet a large community built around it - e.g. forums, StackOverflow. So the options to "help yourself" are very limited. Then, Spryker offers a support channel if something seems to be wrong in the platform itself, which is of course a nice offering but only partially helpful in project-specific topics.
