Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Once set up, Square POS is very easy to use. I feel it is a little too easy. Many other solutions have some layer of complexity to them but Square POS is pretty straightforward and this makes it the ideal POS solution in my opinion. If a solution can remove the barriers to use and allow end users to get on with their tasks without being slowed down, then it is a winner. This is what we were able to achieve with Square POS.

Square POS is overall very easy to use. Getting up and running with it can be done completely online and doesn't take much time. The user experience is fairly straight forward and intuitive which makes the learning curve very small. It also makes training an employee to use it very quick and painless as well.

Square is easy to set up and use. Once you use it a few times you become a pro. It is fast and the process time is quick so you get your funds into your account within 48-72 hours. Also you can take all types of credit cards or debit cards. Square is a powerful tool and an asset to any business that accepts credit cards.

This is where Square really shines—the usability is top-notch. It's very easy to train up my team, which is frequently made up of volunteers or temporary staff, and the back end is very easy to understand and use as well. It's clear they put a lot of time and thought into the UI, but not just on the customer side, but on the owner/manager/retailer side as well. I have zero concerns about how useable Square is.

Super easy to use and quick to learn how to use. New employees at my company are able to learn how to use Square POS with ease and get up to speed to meet the demands of our company and help our customers. The reporting is also very informative and helpful for me.

It couldn't have been easier. The set-up was super simple and straightforward, using the system was fairly easy, with only occasional hiccups, when a card wouldn't read, but that was usually an old or damaged card. It was time-consuming, but still easy to manually put in the information and keep moving forward. And once we got over the initial learning curve, we were able to get monies to the proper individuals separated correctly and accounted for. Loved using the Square POS system!
