storEDGE is currently used across our organization to manage our storage organization. This allows us to automate a number of functions saving our time and resources. Our renter base really appreciates the feeling of increased communication and awareness of their account status in comparison to other operator's models. It allows us several forms of communication in a centralized platform that is also stored for quick future reference. The greatest asset being storEDGE's team in the form of input, feature requests, problem-solving, etc.

  • A more consistent outcome with automated delinquency stages from storEDGE to mail to the post office to the renter.
  • Having an API built out with some of the real estate based task managers.
  • The ability to subtract security deposits in delinquency mailings for compliance with various State Lien Laws.
A great feature or system would be the ability to handle all our operations, taskings within storEDGE's software. The ability to task accounting, operations, or facility managers would be an all in one stop.

This is the only storage software I've utilized.
storEDGE has a very user-friendly interface. Customer support is available for general inquiries and responsive. The possibility exists for creating custom business solutions with their staff. They continually hold webinars, release improvements, new features, etc. It removes a lot of tasks that would be time-consuming for the operations staff.
