Sugar Sell has good usability, it is well designed to allow the Sellers to quickly see the prospect/contact/account profile at glance in the quick view tab rather than deep diving into each and every aspect of their profile, this certainly helps our sellers quickly go through the data and enter the data as well as they are in the call/meeting with the prospect. The invoices, case management modules are also very well designed and implemented rendering them of great use.

Being able to adjust the layout to exactly fits our needs allows for the best user experience. The search functionality is also very easy to use. Hiding unused modules also allows for our users to focus on the what the need to do daily.

Sugar CRM has all [the] basic features required for Customer Relationship Management. It suits the need in terms of opportunity management, lead management, contract management, email marketing etc and also integrates well with other sales and marketing tools

Like I had mentioned. It is not an enterprise solution. It is for small to medium sized business and salesforce is superior to this in that comparison.

In the overall usage of the system I still give it a 10 out 10 because it's our day to day system that we use here at work. We all have come to love it because it's quick and easy to use. New updates are given to us by our supervisors or managers and it's easy to do new things in the system. The only Issue like I said before that I'm having is that once I put a payment date and want to modify the dates, it will only allow me to eliminate the date but not put a new one back in.

Because it allows us as a work team to have control over the information of our clients and give personalized attention to each one of them. And in this way provides our clients with the reliability that they need from us and as a work team it helps us to carry out our work quickly and efficiently.

You can just click all over the CRM and understand by using it...
You can notice the difference between all the tools, you are able to edit if you typed something wrong, if you change something in the CRM you can let all your employers how to use it easy and quick.

There's a learning curve associated with Sugar. Right away, it's not as easy as an out-of-the-box CRM. Once you learn how to use Sugar, the system fits what your needs are. With any other CRM, you'd be trying to figure out how your company can best fit the CRM. You don't want to change your business cycle for your CRM, the CRM should fit your business cycle.
