SuiteCRM is a popular Open Source CRM software developed and supported by SalesAgility in Stirling, created as a fork of SugarCRM Community Edition when SugarCRM abandoned Open Source in 2013. It is designed to present a viable alternative to Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle.

Beyond allowing teams and organizations to manage customer data, ots sales automation modules enable users to model sales processes using tools to increase lead conversion rates, send personalised quotes and prioritise which opportunities should be pursued.

For marketing, its custom fields can be used to model personas, and data can be segmented using its Target Lists module. This can be used to create engaging campaigns to send marketing content and automate marketing tasks.

And SuiteCRM's case Management modules and self service portal allows users to successfully manage customer issues. It can manage all correspondence within the case, use workflow to track resolution times and monitor case categories to understand the problems that customers face.
