SurveyMonkey Apply (formerly Fluid Review) is extremely user friendly, it speeds up the survey/forms creativity and design. Very reliable and trusted - it is the most popular and used by small organizations to large and well established businesses. You can easily opt for month to month options and that is why I choose SurveyMonkey (formerly FluidReview).

SurveyMonkey My #2 Survey Software
SurveyMonkey is also easy but lacks some of the integration that Google Surveys offers. Most people use Google or have an account which makes it very easy for them to use. Google Surveys are free and there is a free account for Survey Monkey, however it is more limited compared to Google Survey.

I have used Google Forms to create surveys in the past. I think SurveyMonkey delivers faster results that you can easily read and understand.
SurveyMonkey Apply is a full workflow tool that is very user-friendly and has a low barrier to entry for administrators and users. No database or coding knowledge is required to customize and implement this tool.

SurveyMonkey Apply - not for us...
We think that Submittable is the top platform available and will continue to use it for our clients. The start-to-finish platform makes our workflow smarter and more efficient, leading to better decisions and bigger impact. We are always looking for new programs and when we landed on Submittable, we were sold.

Decent software, but not sure about value/price
I think that Google Forms is a bit more accessible as most of what we do is on google and so in that regard, it is hard to prioritize an external software when it can do basically the same things.

SurveyMonkey Apply was just what we needed.
We were an applicant for a grant through another entity that used FluidReview. It was exactly what we were looking for in a grant application software. We did not compare any at that time as FluidReview fit our needs. Since then, we have applied for grants through GovGrants. It is terrible on the user end, and even our grant administrator states they feel limited. I cannot compare the two as we use one as the grant maker and the other as a grant recipient.

SurveyMonkey Apply is great!
- Submittable and Reviewr
SurveyMonkey Apply has a much better user experience and is easy to navigate so that there was not much reliance on customer service reps to handle the program buildout and maintenance. SurveyMonkey Apply also has better data export capabilities, and we were able to design the application and secondary application in a way that made sense and met our objectives.
