[In my experience,] the SurveyMonkey team decided to push through the renewal without our consent, and [I believe they] are now providing false information concerning the renewal conditions. [In my opinion, you should] please note that their conditions do not respect Consumer Laws. [I feel that] this is considered fraud. [Because of our experience,] we recently decided to cancel our renewal subscription because our teams using the survey functionalities [feel that] the product [is] archaic and very costly for what it provides. [I believe] other products in the market do a better job for less. We are now turning to other products and companies that are worthy of our business. [Personally,] we do not tolerate fraud and misuse of consumer conditions.

We use SurveyMonkey on occasion to administer client satisfaction surveys. In the past, we've also used it for employee satisfaction. It's a very user-friendly application that enables us to quickly create custom questions in a variety of formats and offers solutions for easy analysis of results. It also enables anonymous participation.

I feel that one of the strengths of Survey Monkey is its ability to function in a variety of ways for different levels of users. We use Qualtrics surveys for the vast majority of our organizational needs. Qualtrics is a feature-heavy and robust platform that we have been working with for some time. With that being said many users find the interface too intimidating and prefer to use Survey Monkey. There are people that are familiar with using Survey Monkey outside of the work environment so already have some skill developed on how to create a survey, extract the results, and comprehend the metrics. We largely use Survey Monkey to meet the needs of these users. That isn't to say that in comparison Survey Monkey is featureless and lacks robustness, it isn't. It is a quick, simple, straightforward platform and there is a segment of our populous that appreciates that.

This provides us with valuable insight into what's happening with our new hires, and also provides us with the ability to see trends in their experiences. We developed 360 evaluations for our team using SurveyMonkey. The software made it easy for us to email the survey to each team member and really gave us some valuable insight from our team. SurveyMonkey is an essential tool across our entire organization. It's used for employee feedback after onboarding and training sessions, for assessment and measurement of employee satisfaction levels, for assessment and measurement of customer satisfaction, and to minimize customer attrition. Anytime we need to generally assess how are people, products, or technology solutions are being perceived, survey monkey is an effective solution.

Our department uses [SurveryMonkey] at least once a month after staff meetings to see what went well and what didn’t go well. It’s a very simple website to use and I enjoy using it. SurveyMonkey has been used to provide surveys to users of software applications developed by our company. It is currently only used by the Software Development Department. It provides a turnkey solution for putting together comprehensive surveys and questions, and the full lifecycle and feedback loop for those questions and the users that answer them. SurveyMonkey is being used by my organization on an individual basis. I am unaware if other educators are using it where I work; however, I do know that using it in my classroom has made various activities much easier. I am a big fan of student choice, and I frequently use SurveyMonkey in order to let students fill out their choices. It does a great job of analyzing the data for me, which saves a lot of work on my end!

SurveyMonkey is an easy to use service by the company and consumer. Individuals on marketing or account management utilize the service to get feedback and/or reviews about their experience with our product and how well we're servicing them.

The surveys are both easy and fun to build on SurveyMonkey. With simple 1 to 10 scale question, multiple choice, short answers, and more the process of building a survey is very fluid. This translates well for a product that any type of individual without computer experience could easily compete.

I use it to administer surveys to our internal staff as a way to gather questions about area where staff need training and assistance. I typically make the surveys very short so people dont just click thru. Minimal text as well. Survey monkey is excellent for short surveys. Very easy to set up.

My organization uses SurveyMonkey for B2C clients to survey current and potential customers to gauge interest in possible expansions to the product line or preferred versions of new product packaging; for B2B clients, we use SurveyMonkey to do occasional check-ins with customers to make sure their needs/our services are aligned, and also to get feedback on events to make them more impactful the next time around.

We are in the process of switching to Titan Forms or Wufoo for our external forms as Titan Forms can sync with our database and Wufoo has better payment integration.
