Overall it's great survey site's for conducting any Survey. This can be use in the organization or outside the organization as well. Within the organization you can conduct employee satisfaction survey or feedback survey. Outside the organization you can conduct customer feedback survey about your product. They also provide builtin survey which help you alot.

SurveyMonkey’s customer service cuts serious corners. This has, in my opinion, been their biggest downfall. Though they have improved some in recent years, there is still very little support, especially when it comes to their subscription services.

I've never had to contact the SurveyMonkey customer care team directly, but they have a pretty good library of help articles on their website. Everything from designing and executing your survey to account and billing questions. I never had a need for further support from Survey Monkey.

I haven't had any need to contact a person for support for this product. The documentation and walkthroughs are enough to get most users where they need. As the production is nearly ubiquitous on the web there are a tremendous amount of helpful guides with a quick Google search or YouTube video.

SurveyMonkey was really easy to use and I never had to reach out to support to use the Product. Even when we paid to send out on a larger scale it was still a very simple process for our entire team to utilize. Otherwise, I cannot comment on how they would handle a telephone call or email regarding the services/products that they offer.

I haven’t used the support function yet, but I have had colleagues that have and the issues they’ve faced have been resolved super quickly. They also have said the support people they have come in contact with have been extremely friendly. Those two things are what made me choose my rating.

I have never had to use their support system, as their program is very easy to figure out and use. They provide a help link at the bottom of the website, where you can type in a keyword or browse by topic for help. I think this is a wonderful way to provide help. Unfortunately, to speak with a live person seems a bit more difficult to make happen.

They have articles on their page that are likely to address any issue that a user may have and incase you need extra help every article page has a link that directs you to contact support. However some users in lower plans may not be eligible for phone support and they include this information in their contact page where a user can check whether they are eligible or not.

I haven't had to use support, actually. So I don't think I can speak too strongly to this aspect. However, when it comes to searching online forums, I've found that I can almost always find the answer to any question I have. Some of that is through SurveyMonkey directly while others are more online, which is always quick to find.

I have not had to utilize the support option yet, but based on its in-depth functionality and ease of use - it seems the right things are happening behind the scenes. I appreciate the continuous access to support as needed, as this is a very important component of a good product.
