We used SurveySparrow to know the pulse of our business (whether our clients were happy or not with our services.) We created customized surveys catered to different services mainly banking and IT-related surveys which we provided, SurveySparrow allowed us to use multiple-choice questions along with open-ended questions, and help us stay ahead in the competition.

Well getting surveys from clients is a hectic job (as a user we all ignore surveys all the time ) SurveySparrow comes to the rescue and provides links to forward your survey on WhatsApp, email, and so many options. You can create a copy of the survey which you created and that is very time efficient. Suppose you have 3 clients and you give them the same service you can add a variable that will simply change the name of the client and the rest of the survey stays the same no need to create a different survey, mega time saver.
  • The clients felt like they have been heard.
  • We got a clear objective on what we have to work on and what we were good at.
User-friendly data is easy to analyze with simple tools. The customer service team is also very helpful, easy to create the survey in less than 5 minutes, engage with your clients on all possible platforms.
The support team is just a call away and also provides email support.

SurverySparrow is a very cool service. We use to conduct surveys, get feedback and measure NPS metrics. Easy set-up is available with the visual editor, and set-up and prepare a new question in 5 minutes. It has a built-in email list of our customers. Integration with Zapier and Webhooks is great. It offers cool and visual reports for analyzing responses. We love that we can customize the style and font to match our company style.

SurverySparrow is great for conducting polls, surveys, and lead generation - it offers many integrations.
It is not very suitable as a chatbot due to the few available settings.

Survey Sparrow is currently being used across several departments in our organization. Customer support is using it for feedback on the quality of support while marketing is using it to gain valuable insights and ideas from our customers. We use Survey Sparrow to get valuable feedback from our customers and website visitors so we can improve how to serve them in all aspects of our business. With past survey software we used, getting people to actually fill out the survey was a challenge and made it difficult to gather enough feedback to make informed business decisions. Survey Sparrow uses a mobile chat-like interface that is much more engaging for users and we find it greatly improves response rates.
  • Creating and sending surveys is very easy and intuitive, no instructions needed. The interface is clean and inviting.
  • The mobile-first interface greatly increases response rates form my experience. Filling out a survey is like text messaging on your phone.
  • Surveys are more conversational in tone rather than an answer to the question style of the survey most other companies offer.
  • The feature set is not as robust as some other survey software but its simplicity makes it easy to use all around.
  • Customer support is very responsive.
  • There are limits as far as features and design options, and it would be nice to have more customization options.
  • The reporting and analyzing of survey data needs improvement. Exported reports do not show answers to custom text answers, and you can only read them online.
  • Needs more template options for specific use cases.
From our experience, most people that fill out our surveys will do so from a mobile device. Survey Sparrow is perfect for a mobile audience and greatly improves response rates with its chat-style survey format. It is a great option for businesses that want a simple and reliable way to get feedback from their customers and website visitors and don't need extensive customization options. I would highly recommend Survey Sparrow if you want a no-fuss, easy to use survey software that just works. It is also suited for businesses that want the reassurance that they can speak to customer support when needed.

We originally used Survey Monkey but found customer support to be unresponsive when we needed it and also the style of surveys you could create were bland and boring, leading to lower response rates. We chose Survey Sparrow for their mobile-first and chat-style survey interface because we have a mobile audience and have found they prefer this style of survey better.
