Great Program!
- Accomplish EP Benefits Administration (formerly TeemWurk)
Symantec VIP has far fewer glitches than programs such as McAffee. Our company has tried other programs with failure, but now that we've switched to Symantec, our workplace confidence and efficiency has gone up. With ease of set-up and security of 2-factor authentication and ability to control logins, we as an office trust Symantec VIP to keep our information safe.

Symantec VIP is AWESOME!
- Duo Security
Duo is good but Symantec VIP really takes the cake. Both Symantec VIP and Duo Security are used as a two factor application but Symantec VIP also allows you to use physical tokens. Some of our users prefer those over their phones and we can easily leverage Symantec VIP for that.

Symantec VIP was the preferred vendor duo to the flexibility and reliability. It was a very simple implementation and ultimately the best choice for our institution.

Symantec VIP is too easy to use for our company. IT sets it up for us and we simply have to request for them to add new devices each time. It is an app and the numbers refresh fairly quickly. Overall, it is a painless integration and simple enough that all the employees can use it without a problem.

"Simple and robust multi-factor authentication" in a can
We liked the pricing and support structure of Symantec VIP when compared to Azure Active Directory. When stacked up against Duo Security, the name recognition was also about the same (as it was between Symantec and Microsoft). We liked the speed of the mobile implementation better on Symantec's product, though, so that is what pushed us over the edge.

Great tool for enhanced security and extra layer of protection
When it comes to Symantec's value offering, it's on par with its competitors with the exception of not offering offline tokens. Other competing products offer offline tokens so this is definitely something they should think about adding. The interface is better than some of its competition but set up could be easier.

Symantec VIP Review for a Tech Guy
Symantec VIP compares really well to other alternatives but there is no offline token key. This is a features the competitors are starting to offer which makes a difference in the event the user has forgotten their token or there is an issue with the online verification.
