Symantec VIP is wonderful for peace of mind when detailing specific, private information about a patient in knowing that the information won't be leaked or compromised. Easy set-up and safe access to accounts as well with few complications. Symantec VIP is incredibly user-friendly, which is great for the tech-illiterate like myself!

Symantec VIP is best suited in environments where you need two factor authentication. As explained before, Symantec VIP is super easy to use and manage for our users across our entire organization. If you have your users using a virtual private network, Symantec VIP is the way to go; no doubt about it!

It's a great tool, easy to deploy and implement. A dedicated radius server is preferred depending on the size of your organization. For an institution of 10-20 remote users a shared application server is fine. Otherwise, a dedicated server is preferred to handle the login requests and connections.

Symantec VIP does its job well, with few flaws. It does what it is supposed to do as a second-step verification process for logins. It adds extra security for our company with more than 10,000 employees, so it keeps us in check in making sure the correct people are actually the ones accessing company resources outside of the network.

Symantec VIP is well-suited for organizations that want to implement a clean, reliable form of multi-level authentication from a trusted company. It can be a little more expensive, however we decided that it was worth it. The flexible configurations of the product are outstanding. Allowing generated pins to timeout in 30 seconds adds that additional layer of security that provides peace of mind.

Symantec VIP is well suited for enterprise institutions, like our own, managing a wide range of devices and wanting to provide their users with an extra layer of security. Being able to have 2-factor authentication with a unique pin was key for us and this would be well suited for any organization that holds sensitive information like, in our case, student records. They have great support and getting issues resolved does not take much time, a quick call to support usually straightens issues out.

Symantec VIP was well suited for MFA across any device. Using it very frequently, it's important that it's straightforward. Can connect to the private organizational network easily using Symantec VIP. My only issue is that support documentation was really good however there was an issue where a user's Token ID was duplicated and it took a few calls with support to resolve the issue. Not really a knock however it was problematic.

Well suited for enterprise platforms where you can integrate all your company's logins with VIP Access. It is well suited for organizations with many employees, as this provides a digital, secure way to access data. It is less appropriate for small businesses.

VIP Access Manager has great ease of us and allows for up to 5 separate concurrent devices per user and a backup temporary security code. It also allows you to see reports on logins and change credentials in minutes. With the browser based interface, there is no setup on the back end of any software that needs to be installed before a technician can work. Adding new users is as simple as pressing the "add new user" button, typing in a username and their credential [which can be a VIP credential, an SMS text number, or a call number] which means even if the user only has a house phone, they can still access 2 factor.
