Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use [CCH] Tagetik for our quarterly closing & consolidation process, as well as for reporting, budgeting and forecasting at company and group level. [CCH] Tagetik also provides the IFRS16 module and the Country by country reporting. in 2025 we made the passaga from on-site to the Cloud and also extended the modules we use with the ESG module. The main user of the system is the Finance department and since 2025-2026 also the ESG department. The data that is produced and validated through Tagetik is then also shared with other departments.

  • Reporting - excel interface that is flexible to design
  • Budgeting and Forecasting - easy data entry, user independence
  • Use of multiple scenarios

  • Real time reporting - so far, complicated to set up in the company
  • Group Cash Flow - still to be implemented

Tagetik is the solution we needed to comply with the business needs of having a single user-oriented platform unifying multiple core processes within the IFRS/MVBS processes consolidation, planning and forecast, S2/P3 disciplines, and regulatory reporting scope. In this context, we took advantage of flexibility, built-in processes, and ETL functionalities which let every project to be configured and maintained in reduced time and this increased our company's value in a cost-effective manner.

Within my organization, I am responsible for managing the Wolters Kluwer CCH® Tagetik application in the area of Sustainability Reporting. Specifically, Wolters Kluwer CCH® Tagetik's ESG solution helps us manage the reporting process in accordance with the provisions of CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) in all its various phases: from data collection for each individual company, to the consolidation of information (both qualitative and quantitative), disclosure, and preparation of the final document using the specific Collaborative Disclosure Management module.
