TeamDesk is a hosted database platform, allowing users to create an application - virtually any database structure to meet business
needs.
The database can consist of many tables to store the data, one for each entity needed.
Each table can have various views on the data it stores, to apply different
sort modes, restriction criteria, colorizations, groupings or the way to present
the data (via Tables, Calendars, Charts etc).
Views/reports can ask a user to enter some information (for example date
range) prior to displaying the data restricted to the criteria user has
entered. Alternatively the user can search for the piece of text in the whole
database (in case the user is not quite sure what he/she is searching for).
Also, in TeamDesk the user can generate Word/PDF documents
comprising record's data.
E-mail notifications can be used to notify the users about the changes other
users made, or to send the reminders before, on or after the date listed in the
record.
There is also a TeamDesk Mobile Client app for form filling requests and the other functionality.
