As a platform that provides users with the capability to work smarter, Teamleader offers an online CRM which makes organizing of contacts and tracking of client interactions a breeze. Users can make calls directly from the CRM as well as document their conversations with their clients. It also has an integrated calendar where they can manage all their tasks, meetings, and phone calls.

I am a one woman operation. I use it for CRM, invoicing and time-tracking.
  • Make proposals: It is very easy to create, send, monitor and manage proposals. Once a proposal is accepted you create an invoice with one mouseclick.
  • Integrations: It is very easy to integrate Teamleader with all kinds of solutions like Gmail for storing mails in your projects or in a customer record, Google Calendar for synching appointments, and Mailchimp for managing opt-ins for mailings. These are just a few but there are many more integrations that truly make your life easier.
  • Invoicing: Easy to use invoicing solution. When you create projects it is easy to invoice upon set milestones. You can create product lists and subscriptions so recurring invoicing takes just a second.
  • Mobile app: I always have TeamLeader with me on my phone. I can manage my calendar, register my time, find my contacts and check deals and invoices while I am on the road.
  • Synching contacts between iPhone and Teamleader could be easier.
  • Integration with AWeber would be great.
It is great for making proposals, sending invoices and for keeping time. It is also a great CRM tool. I love the business card scanner in the app.
