Users can make calls directly from the CRM as well as document their conversations with their clients. We use this tool in order to track time, organize project and mosly create invoices for patients that want to contract our service.

  • Shared calendar has its limitations. Maybe we could add more options to combine better schedules.
  • I would add more reports modalities
  • Add more types of task trackers.
Teamleader is very useful in terms of collecting even old patients data and compare it to the new ones, in order to create a tendency and prediction. Tools are very specific and allows to create a development to help other teammates. Performance wise.

Besides having some tools to improve, it's a simple yet useful tool to organize data in order to improve patients quality and internal development.
Very effective team. If ANYTHING occurs their assistance is pretty much immediate. They take longer by email but it works everytime.

I am a one woman operation. I use it for CRM, invoicing and time-tracking.
  • Make proposals: It is very easy to create, send, monitor and manage proposals. Once a proposal is accepted you create an invoice with one mouseclick.
  • Integrations: It is very easy to integrate Teamleader with all kinds of solutions like Gmail for storing mails in your projects or in a customer record, Google Calendar for synching appointments, and Mailchimp for managing opt-ins for mailings. These are just a few but there are many more integrations that truly make your life easier.
  • Invoicing: Easy to use invoicing solution. When you create projects it is easy to invoice upon set milestones. You can create product lists and subscriptions so recurring invoicing takes just a second.
  • Mobile app: I always have TeamLeader with me on my phone. I can manage my calendar, register my time, find my contacts and check deals and invoices while I am on the road.
  • Synching contacts between iPhone and Teamleader could be easier.
  • Integration with AWeber would be great.
It is great for making proposals, sending invoices and for keeping time. It is also a great CRM tool. I love the business card scanner in the app.

  • Positive: invoices are easy to pay thanks to the direct link, invoices are mostly paid timely
  • Positive: it is easy to monitor deals and proposals. When followed up timely, more opportunities become deals.
Act-On I used for a client. It is more a marketing automation tool than a CRM solution and it is also more suited for bigger organizations.
