We've also used it for recording demos and doing presentations, where it worked very well.
It's a great tool.
- Remote collaboration is the primary use of TeamViewer for us.
- Remote access to machines is a nice added benefit.
- Screen sharing while offsite with TeamViewer is helpful for troubleshooting individual machines.
