Every department employee with a laptop/desktop has TeamViewer automatically downloaded to their company laptop/desktop. Our various departments include HR, Safety, Contracts, Field Office Employees, Accounting, Estimating, etc. Whenever a new employee joins our organization, TeamViewer is automatically downloaded to their company laptop/desktop in the event that they do need IT assistance or access to work on projects remotely with other coworkers.

We use TeamViewer primarily for the remote assistance functionality as well as the endpoint monitoring. We've expanded the use of TeamViewer to internal teams that require remote connectivity to computerized equipment for core-competency related activities to our operations. This allows the business to quickly and seamlessly work on multiple devices in different locations at the same time.

With teamviwer we used for both operation and IT departments where we were able to connect ot other service provider and other support teams who working with the property , we conduct meetings , sharing files either within the property or with other suplliers and clients . All people who using teamviewer are able to coonect and communicate easily by using the platform.

Our Health Educators throughout the state work remotely from our central office. They need to access sensitive files that can be only stored in our central location for their case management. Teamviewer provides the solution for them to access files without transferring them out to their computers. It also allows our support staff to troubleshoot remotely.

The CEO users teamviewer because he prefers it to logmein. also the IT department users teamviewer to support the CEO and other work from home workers who use their home computers. Most other people at the organization prefer logmein to teamviewer but most of them were first introduced to logmein first and so its probably just a matter of it being something they are now comfortable with.

About 10 technicians use TeamViewer for support, however if you consider that we have it installed across all of the computers, the number is higher. However, the end-users don't really "use" TeamViewer". Instead, their computer just is available to be connected to via the software. The technicians are all in the information technology department.
