  • Less need for support staff to have to go to remote events to provide support.
  • Staff can get support wherever they are as long as they have Internet access.
  • Easy for support staff to get connected to remote users.

  • Conflicts between older and newer version users.
  • Temp connection does not work if an older version of the software is present on a machine.

  • Get fast troubleshooting and solutions.
  • Improve productivity for our personal assistants. They just have to ask for help and it is very easy to them get assistance.

  • Remote access to all network-connected users has been enabled resulting in fewer physical call-outs, and thus costs to move around.
  • Logging of remote sessions has enabled management to keep track of connections, locations, and intent of each, thus providing traceability.
  • By using remote access to connect to terminals without peripherals it has slashed the hardware costs within the company.

  • While up front, TeamViewer isn't the most inexpensive tool out there. You don't have to worry about ongoing maintenance costs as you own that version outright.
  • TeamViewer allows the techs to remotely and immediately diagnose end-user issues without having the computer brought to them. Saves time!
  • TeamViewer's easy configuration and connection initiation allow the most inexperienced computer users to request remote help quickly.
