Yes we did purchase teamviewer premium support for the first year we had it installed, and we called them a few times, but after the first year, things ran so smoothly and error-free that we did not continue our premium support subscription anymore. Its useful to have when you are first getting setup with teamviewer but once you are up and running the way you like, you don't need to change much.

We do not currently have the premium support as Teamviewer is one of several tools we use. But the ease of teamviewer makes it my boss's favorite. What support we have used in the past was very quick and efficient and solving all our questions and problems. If we needed to add premium support for an issue, we would not hesitate to add it back in.

Unfortunately our company cannot afford premium support, and finds what we are able to do with the product at the moment, sufficient. Even if we could afford to pay for premium support, there wouldn't be any return of investment, looking at the scale of support we require, and what we use the product for.
