Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

This software is extremely easy to use. I literally just open it up share or receive a user and pass code which is used to gain or give remote access. After this, there is a chatbox option and then user can do whatever is needed through the remote access. It is quite seamless.

Although the program is simple to operate on its own, determining how simple it is to use TeamViewer is extremely subjective and dependent on the particular use case. The transfer of files is also supported, and the company boasts that its transfer rate is far faster than that of any of its rivals. On-the-fly compression, which was a feature exclusive to TeamViewer, was responsible for this accomplishment.

TeamViewer does what it does well. It is pretty easy to install which is a bonus when guiding someone remotely to install the application for the first time. Once installed its then pretty simple to make a connection with that remote user. It's a simple concept to connect to another device and control it remotely however, to have that functionality is invaluable in remote assistance.

It's very user friendly and secure. The controls are simple and easy to understand. My only gripe is sometimes it connects and passes the remote audio through, which I do not want or need.

The software itself is easy to use, however, the ease of use of TeamViewer is highly subjective and depended on the application use case. It also supports file transfer and claims to have a higher transfer rate than any of its competitors. This was achieved by on-the-fly compression which was a TeamViewer proprietary.

TeamViewer is not complicated and it is easy to use for any user with any level of tech understanding. It is easy to connect and to do what you need to do. It just has a high degree of usability with no real complications.

The usability for TeamViewer is great as anyone should be able to use it immediately. On the admin side, the management console will take a little longer to use as you need to break down some areas and learn about Grouping and other features. They do provide tools to assist in the learning process. Using the service to remote control other devices is a breeze and super easy to do as it just works.

Team viewer was the first app after VNC that was more stable and secure, and has continued to develop beyond most other apps in this category. A a support specialist in my career this has saved countless hours of travel and frustration for users. Team Viewer provides such an easy to use remote support connection to users across the country, it proved to be very useful.

Our customers use the free version of Teamviewer which allows us to connect to them remotely.
An end user is void of technical knowledge and this product requires minimal making it easy for them to fire up and allow us connectivity

Their UI is actually really simple and one of the easier software's I've had to use. The tools all either have clear labels or icons that generally are exactly what you're looking for. It may be weird the first time using each tool, but after that it's pretty easy. Which is like many other software's where somebody shows you how to do something the first time, and then you remember it from then on out.

Teamview is generally easy to use for people of any tech skill set. It works quite well in even low internet bandwidth situations, has a lot of options built in via the toolbar, and is basically the leader in the remote desktop control world so many people are familiar with it. They do have an issue with licensing and requiring each side of the connection to be on the same licensed version. That causes a ton of headaches when dealing with multiple clients who are licensed for different versions. An easy 10 were it not for that one glaring flaw.

The tool has always been immensely useful in terms of making a remote connection with the client desktop. The whole user interface gives us a seamless experience & thus makes using this tool more user friendly. Also, the overall feature set this has to offer makes it my go to tool,

TeamViewer allows me to easily connect to remote PC and works on a variety of OS platforms. This allows me to connect to remote computers in both unattended mode as well as to easily provide support during a logged on user sessions. I also like the options to transfer files. MFA provides an additional layer of security which is very important.

I use Teamviewer on a almost daily basis to assist our users across the country with any software, questions or issues that they may have. Teamviewer is a great solution for remote access and has many features that just add to the wealth of the tool. We have tested many tools over the years but Teamviewer has by far been the most versatile.

I feel like Teamviewer has a good interface and I enjoy using the product. The only complaint I have is while trying to connect to a remote server I do get confused some some of the options of remote control as one will only work if you have save your credentials. The fine pring of the Remote Control options does indicate the difference, but it not immediately intuitive without some experience with the product. Once I have access to the remote machine the interface is pleasant and easy to use, much the same as sitting in front of the computer.

The scope of usage for Teamviewer is is much more broad than how our company uses it. We only uses it for technical issues at the moment. The tech guys can access our reps or office staff computers in about 10 seconds after relaying the codes the program provides. Then the time needed to repair the device is all that's left. Teamviewer has made it faster/easier than ever to get our staff back up and working after a tech issue develops.

Compared to other products I've used (ConnectWise Control), TeamViewer is harder to set up and get connected. It is especially difficult to set up "permanent" unattended remote access, where you want to be able to connect to and control a remote computer without having to exchange codes and passwords every time you connect.
