Teamviewer is a very full featured program that allows for remote access to any system, in any configuration. Even setups with multiple monitors, it is able to connect to and gives you the option to view either monitor. the options are very robust and well thought out. Even the quick access options they offer seem well thought out.

Overall are staisfied with the service and product as able to connect and communicate remotly and access to computer easily , Prices of the products comparing to the same services provide by others very acceptable and agreeable. Fast remote control of users is another advantage , Creating groups and send data and sharing files with them , One of the advantage is ability to print remotly , Ability to record the meetings. teamviwer in the time of Covid 19 Was a big assistance and sort out many issue for working remotly .

TeamViewer is just nice. It works well and does everything you need it to do without fail. Nothing is hard about the program which makes it very user friendly, even for novices or end user's that just want you to be able to connect to their computer in order to fix a problem they are having.

I have used it for years but I can easily have someone else install it and be using it within minutes. It’s very intuitive and the information I need from a client is obvious to them so it’s easy to get that information from whoever is operating the client machine.

It's pretty intuitive. The interface can be a little tricky at times and some people get thrown off by the sliding out menu that happens when you connect. Outside of that it works really well and is easy to understand from the technical support side when connecting to and working with remote machines.

Since it is a great tool to be used both personally and for business purposes, the overall usability is amazing. It offers a smooth user experience from the login to operation to logout, with many options and extra gadgets that make this software very user friendly and straightforward. It is reliable, fast ,and secure; it doesn't require too many resources in order to operate smoothly; and it really provides almost all options that one would need.

Based on both our technicians and client base, the experience is so seamless, including the fact that users only need to download and run the app once, and from there, a shortcut gets placed on their desktop, which they can then user to request for assistance or just to run the app when required by a technician.

I do not have complaints with the product. In fact, TeamViewer is used by some of our support companies (tech support, accounting, software, etc.), and it performs well. It is simply more product than we needed in our application, and more money than we can justify budgeting.

The set-up has a few hurdles, but once you get rolling you're good to go. The only hiccups you have to watch for is too many users at once, remote PC updates blocking access, and large file downloads to remote desktops (we use OneDrive for that instead).

TeamViewer has always been an extremely easy product to use, all the way from setup, to first connection, to sharing screens and transmitting files. The ease and security with which connections are initiated make it very user friendly. The tabs are ordered logically and each contains a set of functions that fit together well. TeamViewer is my personal favourite for use at home, as well as at the office and has never given me any major headaches.
