The implementation was quite straightforward & easy. All you have to do is to apply the license that you bought & you're good to go.
The license limits the number of users & makes a session for unlimited time duration which is not the case in a FREE version of the application

Teamviewer was pretty easy to implement - just install and go. My bigger concern is on the remote user side; making sure that they don't have to know much to allow me to remote in to diagnose and solve their issues. Again, we've found that to be pretty straightforward.

TeamViewer has made it much easier to remotely access end-users machines and servers that we normally would have to access physically which was costly and time consuming.

As it is a multiplatform software, TeamvVewer is very important in our organization because from any operating system you can remotely access another completely different system and give support to other people, for example. For our field technicians, it is interesting because they can remotely access a customer when they are on call through their tablet and have a very friendly experience and solve the customer's problem.
