If I had to redo my purchasing process, I have renewed TeamViewer every year. (I have bought it for 15 years) I think that says it all. I have recommended TeamViewer to many of my clients as well as other colleagues. So yes I would recommend it to any one that needs a fast, remote access tool.

Yes we would like to redo the purchasing process. There are many factors for which we make this decision like its features, the way it performs and the simplicity of the application which is easy for any users to work with. the security features and integration part makes it worth of reuse, except the financial part.

If we were to do it all over again, I'd definitely repurchase this service. Anyone or any business seeking for the greatest remote connection software should consider using this service, in my opinion. Because it is such a useful tool, remote monitoring should be included as standard, not as an optional extra.

If we had to go through the purchasing process again, yes, I would undoubtedly renew this service again. I recommend this service to anyone or organization looking for the best remote connection software. As previously mentioned, the thing that it is lacking the remote monitoring being a standard feature as it is a valuable piece and should not be an addon.

It was an easy purchase to begin with, and we continue to maintain our praise of this well-made and consistently reliable software. I would definitely buy Teamviewer again. being the industry standard it makes training other users a breeze as everyone is already used to it. It has a few quirks but overall it is as solid as they come and lean on it on an almost daily basis. Defintely recommended it to anyon considering an enterprise-grade product.

I would not buy Teamviewer again. In fact I want to cancel it. I called three week before the renewal, but they decided to hate me an other year! And said I needed to cancel by email over a month before. Not happy. Don’t bother with them there are now less expensive options

Yes, in evaluating/using many remote assistance/control software packages over the years, TeamViewer really stands out in its capabilities, features, and security options. I would definitely recommend it to others, as it has been a stable platform over the years, is relatively easy to use, both from a user/customer support standpoint, and also gets regular updates/patches pushed down to it on a regular basis from the vendor.

I would not purchase TeamViewer again. It's cost compared to alternatives is extremely high and its feature set does not justify that additional cost. In addition, my experience with support has been beyond frustrating, reducing the value of the software. Finally, there are a plethora of other remote-access software out there that work just as well, have a similar feature set, significantly lower cost and better support.

Yes, the tool works very well and their security is helpful in today's day and age. More businesses are working remotely in full work from home or hybrid models and TeamViewer allows them to act as if they are in the office with their computer in front of them. TeamViewer is a great way to ensure the world keeps moving, pandemic or thereafter.

We would absolutely buy TeamViewer again. After trialling various other options, nothing else comes close in terms of ease-of-use whilst being very secure. Previously, we were using VNC solutions over a dedicated VPN network connection. This worked well to some degree, but was a nightmare to use for general support issues with new customers. TeamViewer gives us the piece of mind from a security point of view, whilst being dead easy for customers to grapple with.

Absolutely. We trialed other remote connect software and they were not even close to our needs that TeamViewer provided. Other software used was laggy at best and buggy at worst. It doesn't quite feel secure when every action you attempt is lagged and you cannot reliably trust what your software is displaying to you as your actions.

We would buy TeamViewer again. We have used the software for a number of years now and have experienced no major issues. Our staff is familiar with the product and it’s ease of use. At this point it would not be worth switching to a different piece of software. TeamViewer is highly recommended.

We would absolutely use TeamViewer again and would happily recommend it to others. It is extremely simple to use, intuitive for new users and allows us to keep track of remote computers. We do some out of the box style support, and it has worked well for our needs.
