The UX of their UI is very well thought out, the micro-interactions are intuitive - thus great for your end user as less training is needed.
Using the software, there [are] loads to get you going, you can download their whole demo site and see how each demo works. There is more now on github to get you started, also much on an awesome CDN that's well bedded in so your app is speedy and up to date.

The DevOps processes are not documented well. And sometimes the documents can be missing information. However, with that said, Telerik does a great job at documenting most items and processes. You likely won't have any kind of issues getting started using Telerik UI tools.

Telerik provides a plethora of demo examples that have real world applications. All example code was readily accessible and well documented. Telerik also provides pretty solid API documentation, although there were a few places where they were missing some documentation.

It is easy to learn. It is flexible enough to bend to your will. It is robust enough to work well. There isn't much to complain about. The creator UI is very drag-and-drop oriented. It's very easy to get started with. Once you're comfortable you can make a few tweaks by modifying the source files created by the UI.

The development team can't imagine going back to not using Progress Telerik UI components. we are very happy with telerik and we safe a lot of money thanks to their components, we still missing some, why we have to buy such components from other venodrs like ithit, dhtmlx or lesnikowski mail component. but everthing what telerik deliver is always best quality and i think that less is more.

Code samples exist for basic but not the most intricate scenarios. I needed to do quite a bit of testing with a prototype project to get things working with most intricate scenarios especially with the schedule controls.
