Both the support forums, and the support tickets are quickly responded to. The support team is very knowledgeable and often can provide useful steps to correct the issue. If not, they can usually point to a patch, or an alternative.

The Telerik website provides detailed documentation of each HTML control with a number of examples of the methods and events. It also provides how-to integrate controls into your application. It only took 24 hours to resolve my queries.

Telerik UI support is what you are paying for.
If something does not work you ask them for an example of how to solve your use case.
The SEO on their sites is awesome and so well bedded into Google.
The videos are good, [they're] not used much but their examples and DoJo examples make all the difference.

Telerik support is very knowledgeable and can adapt to the specific question at hand. Their examples are always well explained and they typically provide customized support solutions for your specific problem. I have never felt like they were responding based on a script. Their communication skills in English are superb.

Progress Telerik UI customer support is pretty good. The ticketing system allows a thread of questions, answers, and attachments of code and screenshots. Response time is fairly quick and often has code snippets or pointers to online examples that could be relevant.

There is a large amount of community support forums to get answers or post questions. In addition there is a forum of posted code samples for the various controls.

The Progress update tool easily tells you what products have been updated and allows you to install the updates on your development system. Release notes can be displayed to see what's new.

I mentioned before that their support group is very responsive. I once ran into an issue with a recent release. When I checked on the forum they already has a solution and a new release fixing the issue. In the eight years I've been using it, I've only created two support tickets.

We have used customer support on numerous occasions over the years. They have been extremely helpful in showing us how to implement their components to solve our business problems. They have been very prompt and have even given us working examples so we can copy/paste the code. Customer support has helped us get out of a jam numerous times.

The help and sample are really great you can just follow the implementation DOJO and use it in your application. The content are detailed and precise especially javascript framework. All possibilities are accurately demoed to make them close to real life situation. The online also at times help to troubleshoot the issue you may run into and make it easy to communicate to the support team.

After upgrade in 2020 we were facing one issue which we were not able to solve(functionality was not working as before and we wanted it exactly same so that our users feel same as before). Sometimes there is a "lost in translation" with Telerik. Their documentation sometimes feels incomplete and their forums are sometimes like finding a needle in a haystack. Logging tickets has always been fine and we do get quick response times. But you can tell sometimes the developers or answers are written in a way that English isn't their first language.

They have the best support from every components that we use, from the other site they are making better and better components and documentation, so we using less and less support,

Very detailed and helpful replies (email) . Responses were under 2 hours in most cases in my experience. Support quality is the best of any organization I've dealt with. Handling of security issues was particularly well handled.
