I'm using Telesoft's Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software in our organization to effectively manage and control our telecommunications expenses, including wireless and wireline services. The software provides real-time visibility and oversight into usage, costs, and contracts, which helps us identify patterns, trends, and areas where cost savings can be achieved. I use the software for basic expense management.

On the other hand, Telesoft's TEM software may be less appropriate for companies with small or simple telecommunications expenses, companies that do not need all the features of TEM software, and companies that have limited IT resources.

Telesoft is a great tool which can help an organization to lower their cost in terms of IT services, Telecommunications and Billing as well.
Telesoft also provides a 30 day free trial for an organization to access the needs and usage of this tool.
It has been a great tool and very helpful but it eventually depends on the needs of an organization.

Telesoft helps a organization to bring all the calls and data needs at one place and help them to access that information although it has limited access but it can be very helpful for an organization.
There is one con I can see is the pricing there that is a Little higher for Medium Scale Businesses. That was the biggest reason we had to switch there.

It helps large business organizations to minimize the cost of corporate telecommunications, IT services and fixed telephonic bills, cloud licenses etc. It also provides an ease of reporting of small decision making within the organization
