We use it to reach our employees and applicants. They can also contact us after hours if they are calling out of work or need an immediate response. Most people would rather text than talk over the phone these days, so it's perfect!

Customer service is wonderful. Our representative was very helpful and patient as we set up our account. Text-Em-All is perfect for what we need it for. Before hearing about Text-Em-All, we were using another company, and they were a lot more pricier.

What we love about Text-Em-All is that it allows us to make contact either with the entire congregation or select groups in one easy step. I would recommend Text-Em-All to every church that desires to stay in contact with their congregation.

Text-Em-All is well suited for scenarios where quick, mass communication is necessary, such as sending reminders for church events, last-minute cancellations, or important announcements to a large group. However, it is less appropriate for more detailed or sensitive communications that require personal engagement or extensive information, such as providing individual feedback, handling complex issues, or delivering messages that need a more personalized touch."

I have used and continue to use Text-em-all throughout the duration of our program. We have sent out hundreds of texts to the community reminding them of upcoming events such as food banks, cleaning supply distribution, gift card distribution, and materials for event distribution. As well as communicating to them all the resources around the area they reside in. This application has made hours of sending out individual messages to 2 to 3 minutes set up to send out to multiple people at once. I recommend this app 100%.

We usually do distribution events via door dash. So, it is very important for participants to be notified that they will be receiving materials at their homes a day before. Sometimes I was off the clock when they had to be notified, but Text em all also has a feature where you can program when and at what time to send out the mass text to the participants. I do not have a less appropriate experience to share.

I utilize this service to contact our board of directors and employees about upcoming events and meetings. I love that I can give the same message to everyone instead of getting tied up on the phone for hours from people who want to chit-chat.

When I want to get the same message to everyone and save my time from calling everyone separately, this is the way to go. Sometimes, I don't have time for the 'conversations' that come with making calls to our board of directors.

We use it as a fully independent, third-party alert system. When our email systems are down or potentially compromised, we can still send alerts to all of our smartphone users. They can also reply with short requests or questions. We are not a large organization—we have approximately 60 smartphones—but Text-Em-All is extremely reliable.

  • Ease of use; web interface is simple to use and works on mobile devices.
  • User engagement; users are always aware of the messages.
Urgent alerts when email is not available is the specific scenario, and based on our experience using it, it's well suited for that. I'm not completely sure if it would be as well suited for general communications with users. In our case, it's mostly a one-way street. We send alerts and don't necessarily require a response.

Text-Em-All is an affordable and intuitive platform for nonprofits to reach their supporters!

This makes it easy to get important information out quickly and without any hassle. I've used the service at two different companies and have been very pleased with the ease of use and user-friendliness of the Text-Em-All platform. Would highly recommend.

We use text-em throughout the day to communicate with our applicants, employees, and customers. Text-em allows us to relay important information, such as assignment information and simplifies the process for employees when sending in documentation or information. Employees can send via screenshot.

Text potential students about upcoming events and to answer questions in the intermediary.

Works extremely well for working with potential students and existing students. I can contact potential students with upcoming events and provide additional information or answer questions. Current students sometimes use the tool as an additional communication avenue.

Obviously, it does not work well for students who do not have a cell phone.

I use Text-Em-All in order to remind customers of when we'll be out to perform our work. It's a great mode and medium for communication and is able to make 1 automated phone call, as opposed to 100s. Also, it logs data for you to keep track of and API.

We used Text-Em-All to notify our engaged clients of the open tax portal, so that we can begin their projects. We used them annually around tax season time. The software was great in contacting a bunch of clients at once and to make communication easier for our clients. When the software provider kept our account open, it worked great.

In my experience, the software company closed my account because they suspected that my use of their services did not comply with their policy guidelines. I'm really disappointed about the account closure, as I was not violating any of their terms and conditions. I was sad to see it close as we had zero complaints from any client.

The way we use text em all for our organization is for text alerts for events. We use them for special days but also if there is a day we could be closed due to inclement weather. We use it a few times a month for almost 100 employees.

It works great for our organization because people likely forget when special days at work are. People always like the reminder. We also use it for reminders of when a donation may end, like a coat drive.

We are a church. We use Text-Em-All to send out prayer requests for our members and to share important information. We serve supper on Wednesday night so we send out what will be served that night. This has been an invaluable tool. In the past many phone calls had to made and it was so time consuming. Using Text-Em-All is a life saver and saves so much time.
  • It's always available. On my computer or my phone.
  • People are able to respond to the texts without having to call.
  • Messages are saved so we are able to look back at them and reuse them with changes.
I find Text-Em-All to be a valuable tool. It saves so much time and reaches so many more people. I only have one person that doesn't receive texts. With a text, information is there to look back at so people don't need to call for the info again. Only a couple of people have complained about not getting a phone call.

This solution has optimized our Company communication, which in turn has increased our productivity and help minimize risk with certain everyday hazards.

We were having issues with people actually reading text messages due to the auto generated number being unrecognizable. The solution that was given by a customer service representative was to add the feature of Landline texting. Moving forward, our Text em All messages were delivered from our office phone number (which all of our employees recognize). Problem solved!

Due to our geographical location we deal with unpredictable weather. As such Text-Em-All allows us to communicate with our employees easily during an emergency closure instead of calling over 300 employees. Additionally, it is very helpful in a 24hr business to be able to message specific employee populations or remind them of upcoming events/training sessions.

  • Automatic voice recordings for whatever message you want to send
  • Can bulk add multiple numbers/accounts at once instead of manually uploading them
  • Different cost/business options to use as needed. We currently purchase credits as we send out but we could upgrade to monthly charges if we wanted to send more messages out more often.
In my opinion, Text-Em-All should be used sparsely for the greatest impact with your teams, and only in the event of closures or rare reminders when events/training is upcoming. If you only use it for emergency situations or sparsely then it will be more well received, and more employees will buy into using it in my opinion.

I love using Text Em All. The option to respond unlimited for $40.00 per month is a lifesaver. I would highly recommend using Text Em All for business owners.

I am a trustee on the board for the Village of Hopewell, IL. I also serve as the Chairman of the Roads and Grounds Committee. We have been using the Text-Em-All system for over five years. This product helps us greatly when we need to get important information out to our 450+ residents. It has proven to be a valuable and efficient means of communication, and our residents appreciate the quick updates as well, especially in cases of emergency.

  • Gives our residents peace of mind knowing they are in the loop.
The pump that supplies our water system went out on the 4th of July last year. Many of the trustees and staff were out of town, so there was a sense of panic among our residents since no one had water. We were able to use Text-Em-All to quickly get out information and updates on the repair. We do not use it for sharing non-urgent information like dates for our garage sales, community gatherings, etc.

We are a church, and we use this app to send out prayer chains, reminders, and announcements.

It is great during the winter when road conditions are bad or if we have winter weather and need to postpone service to a later date or time. I make one call/text and everyone gets it.

We use the service during the months of June, July, and August to communicate with 120 13-21 year old pollinators and detasselers for fieldwork. We send a message out each day with start times and notes about the day. I have a lot of parents and workers on the list that receive the communications. The service works great for our uses.

We use Text-Em-All to reach our frontline employees that work in production and do not have access to company email. Our use was born out of COVID-19 when mass messaging became mandatory for certain situations. We continue to use Text-Em-All because it's the fastest way to reach someone on or off the clock. We have called "all-hands" meetings that span across the country in a matter of minutes with the texting service and it has worked great for the most part.

We love it for our employee communication when time is of the essence. It's a bit less functional as far as analytics so we do not use it for any other marketing.

We use Text-Em-All to get out bulk notification to our customers. As a water utility we can have emergencies, like main breaks, which can affect hundreds of customers. Before we had Text-Em-All we had to call each and every person individually to deliver a message that their water was going to be turned off, which required all six of us in the administration department to work together to try to get the call out before the field guys had to turn off the water. Now it takes one person to pull the list of customers, format the list of names and numbers, and upload/send the message to as many people as we need to. It takes minutes now as opposed to hours to get the message out to everyone.
  • Love the new text to voice feature, it works great.
  • The instructions are easy to follow.
  • We love the detailed list of calls, and which ones didn't go through and why.
I think Text-Em-All is great at getting messages out to customers quickly and easily. When we have a large amount of customers we need to contact with the same message it works fantastic. I think the only thing that we don't appreciate so much is the ability of the customer to "opt out". We understand why it exist, and it is on the customer if they don't want to know they will be without water, but we think they shouldn't be able to opt out for their own benefit. Oh well.

I work at a MLB Stadium for the St. Louis Cardinals. Our schedules change last minute sometimes, we have breaks in-between and need to send reminders. I also use it to communicate with groups of crews, individuals, and send out any new communications that they need to be aware of, example: We had pay cards switch companies so had to be sure all received the information.<br><br>This tool has been a lifesaver. I personally have never had any issues. <br>One suggestion or request would be that the body of the text could have more characters. But I manage. :)

  • When we have last minute changes, Test Em All is crucial to get info out FAST
Our stadium is outdoor, and sometimes if the game is delayed or cancelled I can reach all the appropriate employees in a timely matter so they know their start time is different than originally scheduled.

We use Text-Em-All for our church. We have used this service for several years now. It is so easy to use and helps us a lot. We use this service for prayers requests and also to remind our members of upcoming events. Also the customer service is great! The staff is friend and helpful.

It is great because you can get information out to a large number of people quickly. We use it often for prayer requests. Knowing there may be 100 people sending up a prayer for you is a great comfort. When the power was out in our community but not the church no one had to wonder if we were having services. We were able to let all know quickly.
