The water department issues notices of shut offs and water leaks that may interrupt service in customer areas. We also notify customers of food give away when the police department has received donations from local churches.

  • Provide more history of previous messages sent.
  • Create more columns of identification for contacts.
It is well-suited for a local government that handles a multitude of departments. In my opinion, it would be less appropriate for a small business that may not need much communication to their customers.

We reach out to water customers regarding water leaks to inform them of a disruption of service. It is appreciated by the customers so they may plan for it ahead of time.
It's been a few years since we last used the service so I cannot remember the name of the company but it was free and it was lacking.

We use Text-Em-All to broadcast important information to our associates. Sending a mass text is more efficient than posting a memo on a board or monitor and is communicated within minutes. Great app. I would highly recommend this app.

And it would be a plus if you can translate to different languages in the app.
