It is really important for the students to feel like they have the support they need and feel comfortable to ask for further help if needs be. Read&Write is great because they can use it in class and at home which makes things like homework easier and more accessible, especially if they are used to having a TA in college.

It's good to know that we have a reliable learning aid that is easily available to students and staff with no hassle of unique installs. It is deployed to the school and mainly used on the Chromebooks and works well. The fact that it works so well on the Chromebooks is important to use as we use these for the majority of the students

It is everything. Ensuring that everyone has equal access to all content and opportunities is the whole purpose of education.<br>Giving every stakeholder the capability to have the best interaction possible with the organisation provides confidence and assurance. Students leave feeling supported and empowered, a feeling that perpetuates through their whole life and gives them the strongest start possible.

It's imperative that students feel independent and able to access the support they need at their finger tips without having to ask for support/help from the classroom teacher. This has meant we can dedicate our LSA resources to the students who really need the in person support.

It is super rewarding to provide a tool that benefits so many learners. We strive for equitable access to technology and feel that providing Read&Write helps us meet that goal. Providing this tool also helps us align with district priorities around equity, SEL, MTSS, and literacy. I love that it is an extension that can be used on any device.

It means the world to students as those who log into their Google Accounts anywhere (at home, school etc.) will have access to Read&Write. Many parents ask us as the IT department about Read&Write before their student enrolls to our school and they are always pleasantly surprised that we ensure all students have access to Read&Write wherever they go.

It is important that no one is disadvantaged because of what they are using. We have found that our iPad students are missing out and there is a desire from our schools to get the same level of support for those students.

We must have the best support available for our pupils and staff. As a Learning Support Manager, I need to know that it is making a difference in their lives. It may sound corny but the program is life-changing if you are illiterate and it consequently does need to be available across all platforms.

Having access to Read&Write for Google in our school district means the difference between students being dependent on an adult to assist with reading, writing, editing, note taking, etc. to students being more engaged and willing to use the tools to produce their own work that they can be proud of because they were able to be independent.

I think that being able to have our staff and student access assistive technology tools that they need to be successful anywhere they are online is ultimate accessibility. I have really seen Read&Write's universal accessibility grow since we adopted Read&Write in 2020. Our students are now able to use the R&W website toolbar to access their LMS, which was previously inaccessible and was a big barrier.

It's highly important for us to provide our students with the tools to be successful in their academic pursuits. Our college strives to set an example to our community and partners in the area of accommodations and accessibility services. Part of that is being able to provide our students regardless of need the tools be successful. We are a primarily a Microsoft shop, therefore the ease of activation with our institutional Microsoft account is very convenient.

This is one of my number one priorities! With this in mind, I want to ensure that students have access at all times and consistent training and support. I am also very mindful of how we can move away from seeing these tools as something for students who are neurodiverse and see them as tools for all learners. I think this will go a long way to improving engagement and removing othering.

The Read&Write toolbar is a universal design for learning tool, allowing learning to be accessible for all staff and students, regardless of where they are working and on what device. It means a lot to us to have such a tool available.

This is super important to us because of who we are as a private school for students with learning disabilities. We all have different needs as learners and my job is to expose students to assistive technology tools that may help them, while students must determine which specific tools will help them the most. Read&Write offers so many options to allow most of our students to find a tool or multiple tools that can help them be successful. Since we use a variety of devices and platforms, the fact that students don't need to learn different tools is great to allow for consistency.

Quick access when I have a problem. Instant chat is best with an actual human, not a bot. Sending a chat and then getting a response days later is incredibly frustrating. The person on the other end should also be able to jump machines and OS with ease, not claim that they don't know what it looks like on a Mac, or use it with this browser.

Having the ability to use assisted technology is a game changer for many of us students. It is also equally useful for many staff members who have learning disabilities.Being able to provide the software to the staff and students in the school board creates a more equitable foundation for all.

Meeting a student's individual learning needs is the priority of the school district. A tool that students can utilize across grade levels and content areas without teaching a new program for different content areas saves time and puts the focus on learning academic content rather than navigate a program.
